We found the place to be beautifully cleaned, very local to all necessities such as the beach 🏝️ . amazing sea view from the 17th floor on looking the bulvari. The staff at davit were delightfully helpful and assisting with any quries I had. Many 🙏 thanks reception staff , when we were in contact he was efficient in responding. I would highly recommend this apartment❤️🙏.

Being my first visit to Batumi, my stay here couldn't have been better. The host was very responsive and accommodating even when I asked for an early check in due to an earlier than expected arrival. The sea views were even better than in the photos and sitting on the balcony felt like a mini vacation itself. I will absolutely be back to Batumi and will definitely be renting out this place again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Fantastic view from the 37th floor. levan was very kind and welcoming, made the stay great! Provided clean towels, recommendations for nearby restaurants etc. We highly recommend all travelers 👍🙏😍

Lovely accommodation, lovely area, and a great host Levan doing his best to make the stay as good as possible. Very clear kitchen and bathroom ❤️👍and timely communication. The appartment is very nice, well equipped, good level of comfort and very cosy, I highly recommend

Very nice and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view. Perfectly located table on the balcony to get the view from the 35th floor. The room had everything you need. It was convenient to check in, because the key card in the Reception

The apartment is elegantly decorated, and it had most things I needed during the stay even facial cleansing water - this was very thoughtful of the host! I had peaceful sleep during the night and enjoyed watching big screen tv Would stay in the apartment again without hesitation!

highly recommend these apartments first because of the location. It's literally a minute to the sea! The apartment itself is spacious and very importantly cool, it was very comfortable in the heat. A comfortable bed is enough, the kitchen has all the utensils for cooking. Hot water without interruption, and great fast internet access. Reception staff is a lovely host, very quick with answering questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, i was very amazing . It was beautiful and cosy apartment with balcony and sea view . We loved the silence of the area, very relaxing, and we definitely enjoyed having beautiful beach 🏝️ , the most sweet and peaceful we’ve met! In a word we had a blast! 💥🙏🙏🙏

It was a great stay in Batumi! We were few times before in Batumi, but this stay was our best. Everything was right, starting from the host, finishing at the property (its location, building, apartment itself), if you want to have best possible stay/relax I highly recommend this place. For those who want to stay for longer - it's absolutely possible to cook for yourself if you want to and if you work remotely, Internet is fast and stable (around 50Mbps symmetrical)🙏🙏

The place is conveniently located near beach 🏝️ and shopping 🛍️ mall . It’s a 15 min walk to grand Mall and shorter walk to the bulvari park end of the fountain. Supermarkets are conveniently located. The view from the balcony is amazing. Overall a great place. Definitely recommended to stay. Host is responsive and friendly🙏🙏.
