Just fantastic. Clean, spacious, peaceful place with a splendid view of the city. Exceeded our expectations. The hosts vere very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Giorgi for driving us around and telling us so many interesting information about Georgia. And to his colleague for helping us search for our lost keys :-)

The bathrooms could be better maintained.

It is good value for money. The host is very nice and he let us use the kitchen. The room was good but I didn’t know that the bathroom was outside of our room and we had to share it. Location is great.

Great place in a perfect location with a beautiful terrace and gorgeous views! It feels like a historic place with plenty of common space. The room was big and comfortable. The host was very kind and super helpful. We’ll definitely stay at Sun Guest House next time!

The property is in a peaceful hilly location, overlooking the river, where you can relax in the garden and listen to the sound of flowing water. It’s just around 5 - 10 mins Taxi/Yandex from the Kutaisi downtown area. The kitchen is offered for use by the owner to the guests, an extra point for me. There’s an in-house car for rent, where I availed a 2015 AWD SUV for a very reasonable rate.

The view and the possibility to eat at the terrace were amazing. The communications with the owners was very smooth. The room even had a library!!!! It was super nice to have access to the fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect place for stay in Kutaisi! Great location close to the center and one of the city's main attractions - Bagrati. Hosts were lovely and you can try and also buy their delicious homemade wines and czacza. They are always there to give you advice from recommending restaurants to plan your trip. We bought one trip with them and it was tailored for us - the starting hour and places we wanted to visit. Definitely recomending this host, especially if you want to feel the Georgian hospitality.

It has a great view with all the comforts to make you feel right at home. There's a kitchen with all the facilities in case you want to cook by yourselves. The rooms are comfortable and warm as well. In addition, the owner Aqha was also very welcoming and recommended places worth visiting around.

We are all dog friendly, therefore the dog did not disturb our stay.

We enjoied our stay very much as it was easy to order transfeer and excursions as well for moderate price. This is certanly place worth of the price.

Host is really kind and gentle man. Very very helpful. They have small garden and dining table. View is really good. Shared bath clean and well managed. Room was also clean and comfortable. Location near the Bagrati carhedral and 15 minutes walk to chilkis fountain. Very attractive price and comfortable. Strongly recommend this guest house. I am fully satisfied.

Nothing, everything was really fine

Bedroom and beds very confortable, beautiful terrace and garden with a great view. But on top, the hosts are very nice and attentive. Thanks to them, we will come back if possible !

Our stay at Sun Guest house was great. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They offered us their homemade wine on the terrace with a view on the city, as well as transport from and to the airport and tips for our spontaneous trip. We could also rent a car here to explore the country.
