The cabin is located a little outside the hotels and cabins concentration, 15 minutes walk from the center and perfect for having a quiet and pleasant stay with magnificent views! Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary, cleaning is top and Mr. Zaza the owner is very kind and welcoming! Thanks for the good experience! Hope j can come back again!

The fridge can get quite noisy

Such a quiet and Cozy place. Had some difficulties finding the place and while the owner didn't understand English, after I sent him a message in georgian, he was quick to respond and help. Such great value for money.

I LOVED it!!! It was like being in heaven ❤️ Good wifi, amazing kitchen, it was hot and watm water as well. Everything is very well equipped (hairdryer, coffee, tea, oil), one of the best accommodation I had in my life so far. I really hope one day I can go back 😊

This is a very unique property in a nice quite area. The house itself was very clean and had all the basic utilities that you would need for a pleasant stay. The host although didn't speak English tried his best to communicate with signs and gestures! He was very kind and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Would highly recommend!

The location is not so far from the city center, around 1 km. The place is so comfortable and clean, a well equipped mini kitchen, comfy bed, and there is sofa for chilling. There is a chair and garden in front of the place if you want to chill outside with a magnificent mountain view. The owner doesnt speak english but we can communicate with translate. At first the warm water in shower didnt work then i texted the owner and he came to fix, a perfect hospitality. Really a perfect place to stay in! Just note that to come back to the place before dark, because when it night, the road way to this place is so dark with no light

Our neighbors were very calm, I guess you could get bothered if they had a different idea of garden usage. Beds were very uncomfortable (soft) and no possibility to cover upper windows.

View of Kazbeg, outdoor area for breakfast in the sun and evening read. More spacious for 2-3 people than other rooms. Possibility to cook. Host didn't speak English but seemed very friendly. He waited for us for the check in time we indicated in booking.

Perfect location, with a superb garden shared by two cottages. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we would need for a stay. The hosts were very supportive despite the language barrier. We particularly enjoyed the quiet street and the table tennis!

The accommodation is located in a quit and private area, but nevertheless only a few minutes' walk from the center (bus stop, shops). The house is nicely furnished, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There is a heater and the water in the bathroom is always warm, so it's always comfortable when you come home after a long walk. We would recommend the cottage to anyone and even extended our stay because we liked it so much. The host was very friendly as well and was always available for questions. He provided us new towels and even took us to the bus when we left. I guess, it’s certainly also nice to book this cottage in summer, as there are several seating options outside and a porch swing in front of the house where you can spend long and beautiful summer nights.

This is an amazing place for people who loves quiet and silence. One the first floor there is a kitchen with everything you need. On the second floor comfortable sleeping places. Highly recommended!

It needs some renovation. Everything works, but it's very worn down. The tiles of the bathroom floor are broken. So everytime you use the shower, the water is everywhere in the bathroom. Cleanliness should be better, especially in the bathroom. Uncomfortable thin matress and the slatted frame had huge gaps.

Uncomplicated check-in. Nice views and calm location. Little garden. Basic amenities for cooking are at the apartment, also oil and salt, etc.

The location provided is not correct. You need to search ‘T&M Timeless Memories’ on Google maps for correct location. Also, if you search ‘Twin Cottages Kazbegi’ it takes you to a different property at the other side of the town. The owner did not communicate this at all, nor did they reply to any of my messages. So just a heads up for anyone planning to book.

Fantastic property, with good facilities (pots, pans, coffee, cooking oil). Comfortable bed. Strong wifi. Very tidy. Would recommend.
