The owner is hands-on, helpful and warm. The room and common/ketchen area are clean with good wifi. The hotel is next to tourists and restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights in Tamari's beautiful home. We enjoyed the big room, the balcony and the funny 3 little dogs. Tamari is a very kind and helpful host, when we had a little accident with the room's key, she was very patient with us. Highly recommended.

The bed is quite small for two people

Nice, clean and spacious room in the city centre. The staff is super nice and the dogs are lovely. Good and clean bathroom and kitchen. Parking is possible in the courtyard.

There is nothing negative, everything was great.

The location of the house is amazing. The house itself is very beautiful; it is an old house and the woodwork and furniture inside are very stylish. I especially loved the huge wooden doors. Everything in the house is in very good condition. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean and peaceful. Everything you need is thought of. Also, it has a beautiful garden although we couldn't use it because it was raining. And the price is very good for what it offers.

I decided not to stay that long in Telavi, because there is no possibility to travel to Sighnaghi or Lagodekhi by public transport for a day tour.

The toom was comfortable. I only missed a light which was bright enough for reading.

The best place where we have stayed in Georgia so far. Our room was huge, so was the private bathroom, everything really clean and comfortable. Private terrace/balcony in the shade of a mulberry tree was nice to sit on in the evening, the hostess even passed us some wine from the garden below! :D There is a shared kitchen with plenty of space to store food and to cook. Telavi is a beautiful town, quite well kept compared to some other places in Georgia, I recommend visiting the Sesikeli winery nearby, we had a really good time tasting their wines and talking with the owner!

Some problems with parking spots. I also recommend you not to park your car to any other hotels that are near them at the road.

Excellent hosts and nice rooms. The bathroom is clean and everything is working. When entering, might get scared of dogs, they are starting to bark but quickly calm down if you don't panic. The internet works fine but didn't use it a lot or for work so not sure. Thankfully I was prepared but if you have many things to charge there are not enough sockets. There is also a nice balcony at the kitchen and small resting area outside. The neighbourhood is very safe though. It's also so close to the tourist destinations (e.g. Erekle II palace) that it's a great location, to be honest.

The Guesthouse has a a very good location and everything is quite spacious. There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. We didn’t have that much contact to the owners but everytime we did, it was really nice! I would definitely recommend this place!!

The location is very good, walking distance to the centre. Spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for a very pleasant stay. 3 lovely dogs too

The host is amazing, and friendly, the house is spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable. You are provided with towels and enough blankets to keep warm. There are dogs, who are very friendly, but they are not allowed in the guest areas, so they are no problem for the cleanliness at all. The hostess is lovely and always up for a chat on the terrace, she is happy to invite you on a coffee. The property is conviniently located with shops and the local park nearby and just a 15 minute walk from the mashrutka station. It's my second time here. I would never stay anywhere else when visiting Telawi, I've always had an amazing time. Thank you so much, Tamari, for making this stay so comfortable.

The room and furnishings were like a bedroom in a luxurious old house, plus a balcony overlooking a garden. With balcony door shut, very soundproof. Tables in garden to sit. 3 friendly dogs. Full kitchen available.

This was a beautiful room with a balcony over a garden in a lovely old house. It had more the homey feel of someone's bedroom than the usual guest-house room There was a communal kitchen with fridge, table and full facilities for our use. We were a short walk from the palace and restaurants and from the old down-town. There were beautiful many 19th century houses in the vicinity. Good wifi and 3 dogs eager to be petted.
