The owner of the hotel was very helpful, answered all our questions quickly, the only downside was that the room was a bit small.

Newly constructed small family hotel, Booking pictures correspond to what I’ve seen, very welcoming and helpful hotel owner, reasonably priced stay. Comfortable hard mattress, small but smartly arranged room with a private balcony, quiet at night, city centre is in a walking distance. There is a good shawarma place nearby, small local market with cheap fruits and cheese and lovely Chrichina and Petnat Wine Bar.

The room is comfortable and clean. My favorite part about this hotel is the balcony and the washroom, they were both comfortable and convenient for me. The bed is also fluffy and comfortable, you will have limited moving space in the room but you will not spend the entire day in the hotel room. Make sure to pack your own toiletries because what they provide is basic needs just enough for you to manage once you arrive and rest. The manager Irakli was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed his assistance, you can reach him on WhatsApp at any time and he will happily help! Room is equipped with mini fridge, smart TV, water boiler, cups and some coffee and tea. Toilet is equipped with 2 small bottles of shampoo, 2 small bottles of shower gel, hand soap, bidet, toilet paper and hair dryer. Its beautiful enough for you to feel at home and rest in a quiet and peaceful area. Make sure to pack light because there is no elevator, only staircase but easily accessible, some daily exercise is not bad. The design of the room and toilet especially is astounding, the location is also great, close to plenty of local restaurants, local grocery stores, vegetables and fruits, local markets for spices and traditional home essentials, liquor stores, the Trinity Church, 10 minute walk to Rike Park, 15 minutes walk to Old Town and 17 minutes walk to Liberty Square. Like I said we have rented the small room but we knew about it beforehand

It is located very near the buzzy city and all the attractions yet the street is very quiet during the night. The room we have rented was the smallest one yet it had everything even a balcony. The host was very helpful and willing to share all the nice spots with us.

The double room was too small for my personal taste (15m2), bed occupied 90% of the room. Bed was squeaky but otherwise comfortable.

Easy to reach from Avlabari metro station and multiple grocery shopping and sightseeing apportunities nearby. The rooms were perfectly clean, sheets were fresh and smelled nicely. Bathroom was impeccable, every surface was nearly cleaned. Rooms are very quiet and soundproof.

The room was a bit small for backpackers. Bags will fit on the side of the bed, but there was not much space to spread out our gear.

The location is awesome for walking to several sites and restaurants. The hotel is easy to find. The staff was attentive and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower was plenty warm.

I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Tbilisi. Family owned hotel with excellent facilities that make our stay comfortable. Pictures on booking showing exactly how the rooms look like. They are clean and very comfortable. What I really liked that this is quiet area when you can properly rest after long day.

From the moment we entered we were greeted with a smile and kindness. The hotel is located practically in the very center of the city. Rooms spacious and clean. Great wifi. The owner asked every morning if everything was ok and if he could help us with anything. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend.

The place is very new, chic and comfortable. the location is safe and it is near everything… restaurants, shops, metro, churches, etc. everything you need is a walking distance. they clean always and the owner’s whole family is very nice and accommodating. They answer my questions quickly and were very helpful even before we flew to Georgia. if we happen to visit Georgia again, we would still choose the same hotel.
