The owner (Keti) and her mother are one of the most compassionate and caring human beings. They made us feel like we were home, always on time with the food (they made a lot of exceptions so we could fit the food in our schedule), offered great advice and also gave us a lot of treats! The location is very good localised, since the metro station is close and the bus station is even closer. With lots of 24/7 markets around, this is the best (in my opinion) place you can book. Thank you! It was a wonderful experience and will book again in the future.

It is in an old (or maybe just looks old) residential area, but surely this is not the problem of the hotel. Just in case some guests expecting for a beautifual surrounding may get disappointed, but it is anyway quite convenient.

We are extremely impressed by the hospitality of this family hotel. Upon our arrival, the owner explained everything about the city so clearly and detailed. They gifted us a bottle of wine and also send us the sweetest watermelon... It is really a treat. The breakfast is very abundant and tasty.

It's a bit far from the centre of Tbilisi but there are bus and metro stations within a walking distance (5 minutes) and we were aware of this when we had booked the room, so everything was perfect.

The place is nice and clean, and the hosting family is super nice and always ready to help. When my colleague became sick, one of the hosts went to the hospital nearby to ask a doctor and got some medicine for her, made her toasts and boiled her a jug of water. The breakfast was prepared right there and it was always delicious and more than enough. I can only recommend the place.

A nice family hotel, perfect to spend a few nights. The location is not central, still that's really easy to get to the city center by foot - and that's a nice walk! The room is clean and quiet, the hostesses are very friendly and the breakfast is exceptional indeed :)

We really enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of the family who owns the hotel. They really make you feel at home with their exceptional care and attention to detail. The hospitality of the family. They made feel like an invited one. They gave me some gifts and also sent me information about some interesting places to visit and restaurants to eat or order food. They are so friendly and nice family. The room was so clean and the breakfast was homemade, delicious and very vast. When I return back to Tbilisi, for sure, I will stay in this hotel again. It really worth staying in this hotel.

The room was clean and cozy, room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday. Very tasty and filling breakfasts were included. Good location, you can reach city center on foot in 20 min, there is parking next to hotel. The Triston Family Hotel does go by its name. Kind, generous and friendly hosts. Keti operates most of the things and she is an excellent host. She makes sure that you have all the information before you arrive at the hotel. She was so helpful that she walked down the street to show me the bus stop & road to the metro station instead of just showing the map. Her mom takes care of all hospitality stuff making sure breakfast is served (The breakfast was amazing, delicious and high quality) and also rooms are maintained clean. The rooms are excellent with all the necessary stuff in there. Will surely stay at this place, if I get a chance next time. P.S. From the hotel to the old town It takes 15-20 minutes by walk, but by metro It takes 5 minute. If you want to see the city of Tbilisi well, you have to walk, because unusual views of old Tbilisi open up along the way.

Family Hotel Triston’s services are top-notch! I was scheduled to arrive at Tbilisi airport around 1am after a long flight, I needed a pickup and private room for a good sleep that will not break my wallet and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is a feast, so yummy! They even give me a bottle of wine and churchkhela as gift. Keti is very helpful and speak good English. Only 2 metro stations away to the Liberty Square.

The hotel was super perfect. It is just 5 minutes from metro station very close to bus stations.
