Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The mattresses are really really soft and bouncy, if you are used to harder and more firm mattresses like us, this could be a problem for you.
The location is nice, Vake is a nice neighborhood to live in, it's much less touristy and really quiet.

Everything was OK. It is small and hidden away (could be very hard to find), and I don't think they serve breakfast. Maybe sometimes it would be convenient to have a person at the reception, but with only four rooms this might not be feasible. When they were there, the owner or managers were nice.
Simple guesthouse with I think 4 guest rooms. The owners/managers were usually not around the property, I think. There is a phone number you can reach them at. Anyways, the location is next to Vake Park, is very quiet. The owners/managers (?) were very accommodating with my early arrival, which I appreciate a lot. Bathroom nice and clean. Room clean and internet worked well. All fine.

1. not a lot of sunlight 2. it is clean but there were 2 times I saw small bugs on the floor 3. old furnitures

Quiet place, right next to a lovely little park. Many restaurants nearby, well organized and regular bus transport to every part of the city. Old-style rooms with authentic furniture, a wonderful furnished terrace. Very kind owners of the guest house.

Location was great-just next to the huge and fantastic Vane park. The rooms were lovely and clean. The host was truly amazing and very friendly and helpful.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager of the hotel. She is truly exceptionally professional, emotionally intelligent, and very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Place was quiet. I loved the fact that V-park was literally in 20 meters distance! Honestly it was a perfect place.

Stayed there for the third time. I love everything in the hotel. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They waited for me late in the evening for my check-in. Room was clean and big, all facilities that I needed were provided. A little old-fashioned furniture (like on pictures), but everything was clean and comfortable. There are about 5 room in the hotel, so it's very quiet to stay there. Vake park is close to the hotel, the area itself is calm and nice. Will stay again when in Tbilisi. Thank you for accommodating me!

Probably nothing. I stayed for the second time and I knew what to expect.
Stayed here for the second time. Location is not in the city center, but I like Vake, so for this district location is good. Nice friendly host, needed facilities in the room, warm and comfortable conditions.

Everything is great
The host is very friendly, the apartment is small and very cosy. It looks like the owner was putting his heart to this hotel. The location is located in Vake district, near the Vake park and lots of cafes

The owner of the hotel was really friendly o us. She showed us the hotel and its services. The room was clean and big. There was dressing room present as well. The small common kitchen is also available for guests, it had teh fridge, microwave oven and kettle with tea or coffee. There was a nice terrace with the garden in front of the entrance present, it was really nice to drink coffee there. The location of the hotel is really great, near the park and very picturesque district of Vake.

Everything was pretty good, the rooms look bigger in the pictures though.But it’s a cozey stay.
