The restaurant isn't as good as the hotel

Where to start? Incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful garden. Grounds are immaculate. Everything is done to with exceptional good taste. Restaurant is beautiful. Pool has spectacular views. And of course you can walk to the entrance of the Vardzia Cave complex in 10 minutes. I have stayed at a lot of places in my travelling life and am hard pressed to think of a more perfect place to stay. Bravo to the management and staff.

One thing that would improve it is more lighting options in the room and sometimes the showerdoor leaked.

This resort is like paradise on earth! The garden is so beautifull and the view from our balcony and the pool absolutely stunning. Our room and bed was very comfortable and everything needed was provided for example bath robes and unlimited towels for the pool. The whole place looks very well maintained and chique.

The food was average both at the breakfast hall and at the on-site restaturant which was a disappointment. Additionally the breakfast hall has too few tables and if the coach tour participants all come to eat, you are doomed to wait it out and the attending staff does not control the food supply well if the room gets too busy.

The resort is very nicely located on a hill side. It has a small infinity pool with the Vardzia Stone City view from afar and beautifuly kept garden with some historical remains. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Added plus for an on-site parking.

Dinner in restaurant was very poor! Dinner was expensive and not worth it. Manager of the restaurant was not polite, I would say, even rude.

The shower was tiny. And for the price they charge, they should offer a better breakfast. The restaurant on the site was incredibly overpriced, which is a shame because local produce is very cheap there.

The place itself is wonderful and the garden is amazing. The room was comfortable. The pool is very nice. Wonderful view of the mountains and vardzia complex.

Some receptionists don’t know english and it really complicates solving issues. Because of the fact the hotel is made of wood, it is easy to hear when somebody is walking in the room above. However, we had surprisingly good sleep.

The standard rooms are comfortable but don't quite match the luxury level of the rest of the hotel facilities.

An attractive resort, sensitively and tastefully designed to fit harmoniously within its surroundings. Views of the Vardzia cave complex from rooms, garden and outdoor pool. The onsite restaurant offers high quality regional cuisine, and there is an excellent buffet breakfast. There is a charming garden to explore including its own caves, games and fish ponds. Staff are friendly and helpful.

People could be a little bit more friendly - they were not rude at all but we stayed at many places where we felt a little bit more welcome. But maybe this was only due to the language barrier as they certainly seem good hearted to us

Great swimming pool, a bit cold for kids, but anyway, can't take them out from the water.

The best hotel in the region. Comfortable, clean . . . right in front of vardzia's caves. Best for any type travellers - family (my case), couples, friends. Delicious food. Just amazing place for stay.

Impressive resort with impacable views of Vardzia and surroundings. The gardens are beautifully laid out with lots of places to explore and unwind. Room we've got was at the 3rd floor and had the best views! Room itself was nice and clean with comfortabel beds and a balcony big enough to sit, relax and soak in the views. Breakfast was wonderful and also a fantastic restaurant on the resort permises is available.

Absolutely breathtaking landscape! Such a tranquil and relaxing place! Our family just fall in love with it. Comfortable rooms with everything you need, helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with a lot of local foods, very tasty and various. Nice territory with swimming pool, roses garden, rest zone with sofa. It was a pleasure to stay there.

It's far away from a grocery. The restaurant on the hotel area isn't tasty and quite expensive

One of the best hotels for me for ever. In reality better then on photos. Special I would like to mark a gardeners work. The territory of a hotel is big and to keep it in these conditions is great and hard work! Everything is simple but very stylish. I wish I returned here again.

Bad smell in bathroom, not very comfortable bed.

Water in the swimming pool is not heated.

The place is wonderful, obviously designed with lot of love. Great location in a quiet area, clean rooms, hospitable personnel, nice restaurant. Great garden area, with lot of quiet places where you can seat outside and chill out.
