The cottage is beautifully located! Not directly in Kazbegi but in small village above it which guarantees beautiful view not only on the mountains but on Kazbegi town as well. We really liked that besides of towels, there were also bathrobes! The place is new and well equipped and the owners are very communicative and sweet people:) We hope to come back one day when the weather will be more pleasant!

This is my dream cabin with a perfect and surreal view! It feels like you are waking up in a dream when you’re there. I couldn’t give any justice by just saying it, you should’ve seen it by yourself! This is the best decision ever, really a perfect location with complete privacy! The cabin is the best and we will surely go back here. I believe that all seasons are great to stay here. Nino and her partner are very accommodating hosts. They just live near the cabin so you don’t need to worry about anything. It is best if you will bring everything you need to avoid going down the center to buy anything. But anyhow, if you will and on foot you can reach the center by 15-20mins. And 5mins if you have a car. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and it isn’t enough!!!! hahaha we should’ve stayed longer! It pains my heart leaving, it is really that good! Total relaxation and breather. Perfect for vacation! we will stay longer next time, for sure.

I liked everything.

We were searching for a property with the best view in the area, and we genuinely believe this lodge is it. It's perfectly positioned, offering uninterrupted views without overlooking any homes or chalets—just amazing mountain scenery. If you plan to hike up to Gergeti Trinity Church. This is already half way up the hill and very close to the start of the walking route. It’s also 2 minutes walk from one of the best restaurants we have been to in Georgia called Maisi. Parking was really easy and the roads are good.

Bathroom shower head attachment point was loose and therefore one could not take a proper shower.

Loved every aspect of it. However there are no restaurants nearby. Its best to carry your own food if you don’t have a car.

Amazing property, just overlooking the mountains. Just so pretty. The host is very nice, although we did not get a chance to meet he was very helpful. There is helper who was sweet too.

We really liked this house. Views from the terrace and from window were amazing. I guess it is one of the best location in this area, large territory, peace and quiet place, no neighbours nearby, sounds of mountain river. There was king size bed on the second floor, no tv (big plus for us). Everything was clean and tidy. Pleasant and polite host lives in the separate house nearby. For information: in the night in summer the air gets cooler, so it may be cool in the house before dawn. The nearest shops are 15-20 minutes away on foot.

This place was an absolute dream! We came with our little family (3 children in tow from ages 1 to 6) and stayed for 7 days. Our whole family came away feeling so rested, refreshed and we were quite honestly sad to leave. Our children spent most of the day out in the beautiful yard, picking flowers, swinging on the hammock, feeding a nearby horse, all with the absolutely stunning view of the mountains all around them. The cabin itself is beautiful with a downstairs closed room and an upstairs open room with gorgeous views. It had everything we needed for our 7 day stay, towels, kitchenware, a small fridge and heating (which we even had on during the Summer). It felt private, yet was a small drive away to the small grocers, the Kazbegi zipline and about 5 mins from the famous Gergeti Trinity Church. There was so much to explore in the area, however we just loved just relaxing at this beautiful property, it really was incredibly beautiful. Our hosts also supplied a travel crib for our 1 year old, which was so incredibly helpful, as it made our stay here possible. Thank you to our amazing hosts! We will be telling all our friends about this place and we hope to be back!

Incredible location and stunning views. Just open your eyes in the morning and look on the Kazbek mountain. Host was very nice. We extended our stay for another night. Village Gergeti is small and you should be able to drive off-road if staying here.

I love mountains and usually taking my tent with me. But not my girlfriend, she prefers to have a proper roof over the head. This place is perfect for enjoying the mountain view, without sacrificing comfort. Most of the time, we simply sat by the windows and watched the Nature performance. :) House placed nicely far from the center, no distractions or traffic nearby. Host friendly and helpful, I wish them all the best <3

The cottage is very well-kept and clean, the interior is cozy and there is everything you need for your stay. The view from the cottage to the mountains is stunning!!!!! In the yard there is a place for a bonfire, barbecue or rest on a hammock. The area is fenced with its own gate. The owner is a friendly and good person. I recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Not a lot of space to have you clothes, but it doesn’t matter compare to all other advantages

It’s the best location as for the house in Qazbegi. It has an amazing, I would even say the best view and you feel isolated from the city compare to all other houses their! It’s also a new house so it’s very clean and feels nice. The staff was amazing they were helping us with all our requests!
