Superb. Clean, smart, fully loaded apartment that's 15 minutes walking time from the airport (very good soundproofing) and Ocean Village. The view of the highest point of the Rock is sublime, especially at night (top floor 14 apt. 1407). Thoroughly recommended.

Most things were great. Hairdryer sounded like something was broken inside. Bed very high which could be difficult for elderly or less able visitors.

Really close to the airport, walking distance, superb view of the Rock, nice and new, on bus route but walking distance to town as well, Callum property manager very good especially as we were able to stay later in the property, we had a late flight

Everything was genuinely perfect. Nothing bad to say.

Beautiful studio with balcony view of the rock (do bare in mind that there is a scrapyard at the bottom of the rock from the balcony view but that shouldn'tput you off anyways). Getting to the place was extremely easy to find. Very ideal location as it's 5 minute walk away from the airport and about 10 minute walk from Ocean Village which has a lot of restaurants and plenty of places to eat. There is a mini supermarket less than 100 yards from your room so very ideal to pick up those extra bits you may need. The high street which is at Grand Casemate Square is within walking distance too which you will find hundreds of shops ranging from souvenir shops, cafe's, clothes stores etc.. The room was very spacious, well ventilated with an aircon and sliding balcony doors. There is a lift to reach top floor which is 14th floor. The facilities were great too from having all the essentials you need. Busses are easy to use and plenty of bus stops nearby. Callum was a wonderful host and made me extremely comfortable staying here. He also provided a guide book around gibraltar and also a portfolio of restaurants in gib, alongside with any other shops, useful numbers etc.. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay especially for value - Thank you Callum.

The shower pressure was very low, I guess due to being on the 14th floor, but this meant showers took much longer than usual.

The apartment was very clean, the bed super comfortable and there were plenty of things available (kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, hairdryer). Location is about 10 minute walk from the main street area, but there's a shop around the corner, and it's close to the border/airport as well! Callum was lovely and responsive at all times as well :)

Unfortunately it looks out over a refuse recycling area. It doesn’t smell though is just unsightly from the 14th floor.

The shower's water pressure needs to fixing; the water was almost trickling throughout my stay. Also, I think the towels need changing; they were neat but old.

Nothing really, but Microwave oven was a little high for me and took a bit of working out what mode to use.

Great communication with Callum, who was really helpful throughout. Allowed us an early check-in. Room clean, and had all essential equipment to cook.Location close to a bus stop and local shop. Eastern beach nearby. Launderette floor 1 was a bonus and cheap to use.

It was lovely to be facing the rock, but the surrounding area and scrap yard at the bottom of the rock kind of spoilt it . However it was only a ten minute walk away from Ocean Village.

perfect apartment for our short stay. very clean & great communication from Callum. I asked for a hairdryer and he brought one to the door within minutes. even though I discovered we had one in the cupboard later ! Sorry Callum :-)

we requested early checkin due to early arrival at this site. Host was very kind to accommodate us and was also kind enough to allow late check out. Location is excellent with good coffee and restaurant 3- 5 mins walk from this place. Beach, casino are accessible walking distance.

Callum was waiting at the apartment upon our arrival with keys to the apartment he showed us around all good.Great studio apartment clean and comfortable within walking distance from the airport a shop close by for essential items and near to all beaches Catalan bay which we walked to but can access by bus.
