We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved everything about this apartment. The host communication and helpfulness. Fantastic location, less than a minute walk, and you're on the Main St. Very clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need. The rooftop pool and sunlounge area were fabulous.

United KingdomWe were well looked after by the host who was also available if we needed anything (Thank you Holly) Communication was excellent. Everything we needed was in the flat plus some other welcoming touches. The location was perfect and central to Main Street so nothing is far away. The residential pool and lounging area was just enough to cool off with amazing views. The studio flat is a good size with plenty of wardrobes and storage space. Great bathroom and kitchen area as well as a cinema sized tv! The amenities are plenty including a great washing machine if you needed it. The flat is located just above a little bakery/coffee shop. When we arrived we were greeted and shown around so key collection was easy. Everything in the flat is modern and new. It was very clean when we arrived with a good sized bed.

It was great. Met by Holly for check-in which was very easy and friendly. Studio has everything you could possibly need and there are nice touches like bottles of water, milk an a bottle of wine! Less than a minute walk and you're on the high street, and further few minutes to ocean village.

IrelandNot much of a view from the room, but that's what you have to do without when staying so central in the city. Suggestions for restaurants and bars would have been a bonus, as we'd have liked to venture beyond the square.

United KingdomThe communication on the accommodation ad and post booking was confusing as was the check-out process. This is because the ad said that it was payment on arrival but we got a request to pay 50% deposit via PayPal straight away choosing the personal option, meaning we would have no protection. The cost included a daily tax charge together with a cleaning cost but we received a check-out message requesting that we clean the apartment as we received it. This was a shock given we were paying £60 cleaning fee. All the above has been fed back to Holly of which she appreciated and has factored in.
Holly was great at communication before and during the stay, we were able to check-in early and was accommodating with our early check-out. The apartment's location was perfect, with great amenities and the roof top pool was an added bonus.
