Stairs! Lots of steep stairs to get up to room and then spiral staircase inside for the loft room. Spiral staircase could be dangerous as it was close to bed and one foot wrong could see you falling down. It was also easy to miss the top step and fall as the floor and step are the same colour. It would be better if initial step at top was painted a different colour. Additionally, on main staircase to each floor, at night when walking up or down, there was a sensor light but this didn’t come on early enough to see where you were going and your last couple of steps before each landing were in the dark. Staff were lovely but upon arrival, did not let my husband know there was a lift he could put the suitcases in, so he carried up each heavy suitcase individually up the 5 flights of stairs, which was a mammoth effort. We found the lift ourselves after the event.

Hello, I am YILMAZ. We loved your hotel, its location is great. The staff is smiling and very helpful. You feel at home. The rooms are hygienic and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent since you are walking distance of the most attractions of Athens city center, Acropolis, Monastiraki and also the hotel located in the lively neighborhood of Psiri. In case you have car, the hotel is co-operating with a nearby private parking (30m distance). Room was big and clean. Nice touch in the room a small bowl with lukumi (traditional delight). Last but not least...the personnel. So polite, always with a smile.

The breakfast was underwhelming - average pastry, hardly any fruits, not very good quality ham, no butter and honey. The best thing is the fresh orange juice that you have to squeeze yourself. Staff are helpful but not necessarily friendly looking all the time.

Excellent location - it is to celebrate my birthday so I paid the top price for the de luxe room. The view is excellent and the room is great. However it seems that only the de luxe room has the view of Acropolis. I’ve got a bottle of wine and a small cake for my birthday which is a good touch.

What a view on the terrasse of the room #15! + a big bathtub on the terrasse. A sun bath in January, I did not expect that much. Chill in water while admiring the Parthenon. In a very lively neighborhood, full of bars and restaurants. Lovely staff.

The property was centrally located and near everything you need. Even though the area is busy, you can’t hear any outside noise. It was clean and the staff were simply amazing. Very helpful and went out of their way to assist and answer any question. There are shower facilities to use even after you have checked out. We left our luggage to be stored after checking out for most of the day before our late evening flight. Spent the day sightseeing and used the shower facilities in the basement to freshen up before our flight home. Second time I’ve stayed at hotel and will definitely be back again.

It is noisy outside from bars and restaurants, especially on a Saturday night so you need to be aware of it. It was okay for us with ear plugs but it can be complicated for light sleepers.

We stayed as a family in the Urban Suite, very spacious and comfortable. They even organised a baby bath for our baby. Team is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and offers a good variety. Nice to offer amenities, luggage Locker and even shower for the day you leave. Overall we had a great stay

A/C did not get nearly as cool as we had it set, made for a somewhat sticky sleep.

Great location, even though it's in a very busy pedestrian area, being on level 4 we could barely hear noise at night. Lower levels may be worse. Room and terrace were spacious.
