It was a bit dark, probably because of the old industrial building that was renovated and used as flat.

We stayed there on Sunday night. Quite nice location, close to Venizelos metro stop and not far from a few parking spots. I really liked the bathroom , it was big enough, had the basic amenities, good water pressure. Beds were comfy, we had a good sleep. I wish there was a Nespresso coffeemaker!

For a night or two it is good value for money. But we stayed for a week, so it would have been nice with more than 3 cloat hangers for 2 people. An iron for the cloathes and a coffemachine would add value to the room aswell. We had to ask for a kitchen towel and a bath mat. The light in the room was a bit complicated. A lot of options but not a bedlamp. The annoying thing was that if one sleeps, the other one doesnt' have a reading lamp anywhere in the room. And in the nicely renovated bathroom there is not anywhere to hang your towel. Only ne pillpw for each. With a low budget addings, the room could turn into perfect.

Very little kitchen/cleaning equipment. Only 1 teaspoon in the apartment. There is a bottle opener to open wine, but nothing to open bottle caps with. No spatula or anything larger than a tablespoon available. No dish drying rack? Something to clean the floor with would be nice - I stayed for 3 weeks, no cleaning service during this time (not a problem) so I would have liked to have been able to clean the floor. Maybe so cleaning liquid for the bathroom/toilet is also a good idea. Minor comments: people smoke in the hallways on the inside of the building and neighbours are a bit noisy some nights.

Supermarket around the corner from the apartment. Restaurants and cafes close by. Good location. Entry to the building looks a bit strange, but instructions to go upstairs and where to get the keys were clear and the area where the apartments are on 5th floor is clean and neatly renovated. The apartment inside and the balcony was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff at Luxury suites are easily available on whatsapp, they reply quickly and are willing to help with any problems/questions (luggage storage is also available at their offices which is a short walk from the apartment).

Small issue with little bugs in the building...we've only seen around 5-6, of them around the entrance of the apartment.

The building itself it’s not updated, when you come out from the elevator going to the property the hallway is quite scary and need to be clean and tidy. But I dont have an issue inside the bedroom the property. The rest is great for me especially the location.

It’s an open space bedroom and lounge, I like the bathroom and toilet. Very clean and full package. Great location.

Perhaps some more amenities like a drying rack and detergent to use the washing machine would have been nice.

Super simple instructions to find the apartment and access the accommodation. We had a small issue on the first day and the host was quick to respond and find a solution. The apartment is very central and we had everything we needed around us. We were so happy to escape the heat in a comfortable apartment with air conditioning.

The balcony is closed, it's rather like an extension of the living room, but also it looks towards buildings so I suppose it's meant to be that way for privacy Heads up: The elevator doors in the building run fast and there's no additional safety door, so if you don't get out quickly it will start going if summoned on different floor

THE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS COULD BE HEARD ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THEY HAVE KIDS CONSTANTLY RUNNING AROUND. WE WERE MOSTLY OUT DURING DAYTIME HOURS BUT A BIT OF A BUMMER IF YOU WANT AN AFTERNOON NAP. EAR PLUGS WILL DEFINITELY HELP. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS A BIT RUN DOWN BUT NOT A SLUM BY ANY STRETCH.

THE APARTMENT WAS WONDERFULY LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF ALL THINGS TO DO IN THESSALONIKI. IT WAS ALSO NEWLY RENOVATED AND HAD ALL THE MODERN NECESSITIES. IT IS A RAREITY AMONG GREEK BUILDINGS IN THAT IT HAS A MULTIPLE ELEVATOR BAY WHICH IS SUPER CONVENIENT.

The building felt odd to walk into. The apartment was not obviously signposted and was more stumbled upon after searching the building.

The location of the apartment was near to all local amenities. It is close to the shoreline which has beautiful views. lovely to have a balcony too.

The apartment needs a small sweeper to tidy small dirts. And basic cooking ingredients like salt, sugar, coffee etc. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

I love that it was located at the center. It gave e easy access to many tourist attractions without having to spend on transportation.

Due to the work part, the long hours drilling works that were going on in the building were an issue. The kitchen Was great but the cookware extremely limited. Not even a coffee spoon to prepare coffee. No kitchen towel to dry your hands, no base to dry the dishes after washing etc. Due to the very old building, there is need for constant disinfection. I killed two cocroaches🤮. The bed sheet was tooooooo small, and therefore not stable, you end up sleeping directly on the mattress.

My six days stay combined business and leisure. The flat inside was great, maybe a few decorative items on the wall would give a warm feeling as well. Location is great.

It looked very nice and the apartment was quite big. It was nice that we had a microwave and a lot of utilities in the kitchen. Also the smart tv was nice because we could watch some netflix before bed

The balcony door was not closing properly, so if you go outside to smoke, it will likely go inside and in fact when we arrived it had a strong smell of smoke. The shower is leaking outside of the box when you use it. The lights of the TV panel and the floor light have issues. Would be nice if the Netflix was in English rather than Turkish.

Location is nice, rooms with good size too. Would be a lot better if small maintenance was done.

Air conditioner located at the bed level, couldn't keep it on for more than 5 min cause the air would hit you directly... parking is also a problem, no free parking available and the ones that you pay are quite expensive
