Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelUnfortunatly the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the noise of hot hot tub systems from the next room.
We booked this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located on the western part of the island with a view of the caldera and beautiful sunsets. On the territory of the villa there is a very nice large pool with sun loungers, a relaxation area and a bar. The rooms are large with access to the terrace or balcony. I really liked the landscape design on the territory. Quiet and calm atmosphere, wonderful breakfasts served on the terrace or balcony. Maria is a very friendly staff. The price-quality ratio is appropriate.

SwitzerlandAll perfect!
Absolutely amazing place - the staff is beyond friendly, considerate and helpful, the location is just perfect, ideal for us as we wanted some peace and quiet away from the crowded areas of the other parts of the island. Beautiful interior design inside and outside, fantastic breakfasts. And to top it top, again, the staff is AMAZING. Thank you, we will be back!

United StatesThe location of the shower and the toilet. The food items for breakfast were listed in categories, limits were set for each category. However, there was an option to add comments and requests.
The hotel is situated in an isolated, quiet area, and very private. The room was very clean. The view was magnificent in morning and at sunset. The tasty breakfast was served in the morning on the balcony. Staff and host were very helpful and hospitable.

RomaniaA dream stay at Absolute Paradise Santorini! We had an amazing experience at the Absolute Paradise Santorini Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and kindness by the hotel staff, who were always attentive and willing to help us with anything we needed. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and tastefully decorated, and the sea view is absolutely spectacular. We were able to admire the incredible sunsets from the comfort of our private balcony - truly an unforgettable sight! The pool is very well maintained and is a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but at the same time very accessible to the main tourist attractions of Santorini. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and varied, offering both local and international dishes. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Santorini. We will definitely return to Absolute Paradise Santorini!

CanadaYou will need some form of transportation to visit and go around the island, since the hotel is in a quiet remote spot. Still lots to visit around, but I recommend renting a small car.
The hosts were very helpful, available, and kind.

United KingdomWe loved the fact it was away from the busy towns and main roads but that’s not necessarily for everyone. You definitely need some sort of transport either a car, quad or motorbike. We hired a car from the airport for our entire stay which was great. We went out every afternoon for 4-5 hours visiting all the beautiful towns and villages. We would have liked the kitchenette to be exactly that so we could have cut up some fresh fruits or made a sandwich but there are no plates or cutlery/knives etc. The kitchenette is a sink and the small minibar fridge.
The rooms were beautifully designed and extremely comfortable and clean. The views were out of this world, from our bed we could see the beautiful pool with the sea and caldera beyond. We loved having our own outdoor area opening immediately onto the pool area with our personal jacuzzi. Our breakfast was served here each morning at a time specified by us. Marina and her team were very friendly and were discreet, allowing you to relax but always available and very helpful. Marina made great restaurant suggestions as well as places for us to visit. Highly recommend a stay here.

United KingdomNothing. No fault in the hotel, staff or accommodation.
Waking up every day with a view of the ocean and caldera was truly magical. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and somewhat isolated area so if you are looking to have some peace and quiet and relax, this is exactly where you should be. The room we stayed in was bright, clean, comfortable and spacious, we loved the luxury of ordering a big breakfast and having it set up for us on our patio every morning and enjoying the delicious food with a view of the ocean. The entire team at Absolute Paradise are generous, warm and welcoming and made our stay even better. Marina is a star, she greeted us every day with a smile and a friendly chat, and helped us with everything we needed from food and drink orders to organising transfers and taxis to other parts of the island. The hotel is located at the edge of the island, so if you plan to stay here but also see the rest of Santorini you will need a car, however there are a few good tavernas within a 20 minute walk, but otherwise you will need transport to get to the other towns. To be quite honest, we just didn't want to leave, our entire experience was perfect, I don't think there is a better place to watch the sunset on the island than here. The view is simply astonishing.

United KingdomThe hotel is so incredible and so calm compared to the rest of the island. We had a fabulous stay but it was Marina, the hotel manager who stranded out the most. She is just the best! As I left my silk eye mask in the rush she immediately asked me if she could ship it to me! But a part from that she made me and my partner feel welcomed, safe and accomodate us with the most professional manners. Really wonderful place! Ah! And they have Nespresso in the room!!

United KingdomThe hotel is amazing and it’s on the more calm part of Santorini. The view is stunning and sitting by the pool you get even a better view for a fantastic holiday. But a part from the gorgeous modern feature what stands out the most was Marina, the hotel manager. As well as whole staff, Marina was helpful, professional and always positive. We had to add one extra night last minute because of a changing plan and she was able to accommodate us with ease and help us though the process. We were really capable to relax at absolute paradise!

United KingdomThere is nothing that we didn’t like. The only thing I would say is you need a car to get around as the property isn’t in the most touristy area. But you can get to fira and oia within 30 mins We already knew this beforehand and had hired one.
The property is new, clean and modern. The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. Marina goes out of her way to ensure you’re happy and familiar with your surroundings. The breakfast is absolutely amazing - fresh orange juice & eggs made however you want. We loved our jacuzzi on the balcony for our evenings. And the pool was really nice & warm enough to use too.

United KingdomNothing to not like about. Everything was perfect. When we went the wind was strong so the hotel provided us with shelter and calmness. Could not have asked for more.
The host Marina was a gem, we landed at Absolute Paradise at 4am and she was there to greet us and show us to the room. The breakfast was delivered nice and fresh every morning at your desired time in the balcony overlooking the sea. It was such a tranquil place away from the tourist traps and noise, we had a very relaxing time.

SlovakiaThe mattress was too soft, does not support a spine, and it felt like there is a hole in the middle of it and we need to climb out of it every morning. I know the softness is a thing of preference, I don´t like hard planks either, but it is bad when one feels sore in the morning. And maybe just one more point for improvement: drinks in bar are too pricey for the location, we had much cheaper on the beach or in restaurants in central Fira or Oia. Snacks´ prices were reasonable though. Otherwise we were very satisfied with everything.
The property lies in the middle of nothing :), but we have looked it in the map before booking and knew about the fact and appreciated peacefulness and isolation. The views are beautiful. I recommend to rent a car and this hotel is a good basement for trips to Akrotiri, beaches and basically anywhere, when you have a car. Not quite a resort for spending all days there.... The hotel is quite new, clean, luxury, people helpful. We had a hot tube on the terrace (we could regulate temperature ourselves, unlike I read in reviews for other hotels) and used it every evening, also in colder and windy weather. Breakfast were very very nice, wide selection and almost no limitations. And very tasteful. We had packed minibar at our welcome (soft drinks, beer, prosecco, shots) and this invite package was for free, that was pleasant surprise. There is also a swimming pool, but we did not try it, the water was a bit cold (October), but I saw other guests in there.

RomaniaMaybe it is just a personal preference, but matresses are very soft. You feel like sinking in them. We prefer medium or harder ones to sleep well.
Excellent amenities and quality of services. It is true that location is a little bit remote from main cities. However, the island is rather small and in max 50 min you can reach by car the other end of the island - Oia. A car is mandatory if you want to have flexi ility and move faster. The location offers splendid sunsets and view towards caldera and the island. The tranquility offers recharging opportunities after crowd bathing in the caldera touristic villages. Sunset at the lighthouse is very romantic. Nearby, the ancient village of Akrotiri is a stunning experience if you are passionate about history and how people used to live 4 thousands years ago and combine it with a visit to the archaeological museum in Fira. Several nice beaches around, including the famous ones, and quite fast access to traditional villages. Personally we liked Pyrgos village more than the others, probably because is also larger and has more to offer. Also Monolytes beach has a very fine black sand and is nice for swimming, although more remote (near airport) than the others. Very tailored breakfast, from composition, location and hour of service. Also quite tasty. Rooms are large, high quality furnished and minibar is included in the price; toiletries are high quality -Apivita. Congratulations to the owners for transforming an empty piece of land into a real oasis. Thanks to Irini and her team for contributing to a successful start of our 4 days Santorini vacation.
