Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

Having travelled to 26 countries, I can say, our stay at Adamant has been amazing from the get go. Before we even started, there was news that our pool might not have water (earthquake 4 weeks ago and govt guidelines did not allow water for the Caldera hotels), so, to compensate for that, the hosts gave us a complimentary offer, which we accepted. Not going into the details of the offer, but the gesture and the offer was just amazing. When we arrived, we were given a run down on what all can be explored or seen. And then given the fantastic news that there will be water in the pool (govt policy was reversed 2 days ago). They also kept their word on the offer they gave us prior to our arrival. The room - Moonstone suites, was just amazing. The view, so good, we stayed in our room during most of our stay. We did get to compare views from Oia and Imerovigli, but, our suite view was equally, if not much better. Breakfast was ok, but always served to our room on time. I will add that we did get lucky in terms of weather and crowd, since we did come here during off season time. A couple of expectations management notes (which we knew beforehand) - the pool is not heated and do get ready for some steps. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back, maybe during the summer time. Thank you Olga and Antonia !!

CanadaBed and pillows were a little hard.
Great location and wonderful views of the Caldera. I stayed in the Sapphire Suite. Very private and quiet. Breakfast on the balcony was exceptional! The service at the front desk was above and beyond! The room was cleaned daily.

New ZealandThe view was spectacular for watching the sunset. The Ruby Room was a perfect for us. It was private and we were unaware of others. There are a lot of steps but worth it. The staff were attentive and met our taxi, and carried our bags for us. The room was attractive, with a comfortable bed. We've loved our breakfasts on the balcony and soaking in the tub while enjoying the glorious view.

United KingdomGetting to the hotel with the luggage was a challenge as no taxis are allowed to drive there. Steep walk and lots of steps. But you get the view from your own pool )
The best view that everyone hunts for was right from our suite! You pay for the view.

AustraliaNo complaints. Everything was amazing.
Breakfast was amazing and brought to our balcony every morning where we enjoyed awesome views of the Caldera. All staff were super helpful and nothing was too difficult. Excellent location, close to everything. Beautiful private pool were no one could see us from the surrounding areas. We could see all the cruise ships and the amazing sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed a really nice relaxing stay and highly recomend Adamant Suites. We stayed in the Pearl suite and the room and views were exactly as the pictures in the description. Thank you to Antonia and all reception staff.

AustraliaApartment details need updating, the room we had was described as having a dishwasher and washing machine. There room had no dishwasher and the washing machine was a shared machine common to the floor.
Great place to stay, centrally located. Would stay here again!

AustraliaThe Air-con and Tv can do with a major update. Aircon is old and dated so is the LG Plasma TV. The picture is not HD and this should not be happening in 2024 and for the price you pay. Pls install Smart Tv’s.

MaltaThe breakfast choices were limited and quite simple when taking into consideration the price of the room.
Magical views from the secluded Ruby Suite, room was beautiful with caldera views from the bed. Bathroom and shower were very comfortable. Quiet, clean, romantic. Really enjoyed having a glass of wine in our balcony overlooking the sea. Location within Fira is also perfect.

United KingdomThe bed was slightly too firm for me but my husband didnt find it a problem. There were only 7 hangers for our clothes and there are no drawers for your other clothes. But these were minor niggles and would not stop us going back.
The suites are on the edge of Fira town just a 5 minute walk from the centre so they are very quiet and secluded away from the noise of the busy town. We stayed in the Ruby suite which is at the bottom of the complex, down 79 steps (just so you are aware but there are steps everywhere in Santorini). The room was a good size with a king size bed and a good size bathroom with a very large shower. The room has a balcony with a hot tub and the view was spectacular over the caldera, we never got tired of looking at it. We could see the sunset from the corner of our balcony. As we were at the bottom of the complex our balcony was very private and was not overlooked at all and there was no passing "people traffic" as there are with many other suites. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, a great choice which you order daily and is brought to your balcony at your booked time each day, there was nothing better than sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and watching the view, much better than going to a restaurant!

United KingdomYou are very vulnerable to noisy neighbours - i.e. other hotel guests. We had two sets of next door neighbours who we could just hear shouting all the time. And smoking is allowed so we inhaled a lot of their smoke too. hotel were very unaccommodating with our request for late check out (wanted half the full nightly rate for 2 hours!) which is annoying as the hotel has no communal areas so once you check out, you really do need to go and entertain yourself if you have a late flight.
Great location, beautiful rooms.

CanadaVery minor detail, but getting to the room required going down lots of stairs. It is really not a big deal and we believe it is common in the area so it provides you the amazing view - however worth noting that it is not accessible as there isn’t an elevator or another option to access the room. The staff does help with luggage when you arrive and leave the hotel.
The room was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking with the balcony and jacuzzi overlooking the Santorini’s Caldera! The decoration was beautiful with a comfortable bed and awesome shower. Breakfast was amazing, they would serve it daily in your room so you could eat at your balcony while enjoying the view - you couldn’t have a better experience. The location was very good, walking distance from the center of Fira.

United KingdomThe hot tub was dirty and very very cold, we weren’t sure if it was even turned on, this seems to be very common in Santorini, all the hot tubs are set to a low temp, but this one in specific was extremely cold! When we put the bubbles, on so much white froth came out and bugs, hairs all on the side and looks generally really yellow/green, and when the bubbles weren’t on the water was very merky, this may be chemicals but didn’t look or smell like it… which is a shame as the view is insane and it wasn’t cheap, we had been in Santorini for two weeks and decided to treat ourselves for our last night, hotub let us down.
Really nice interior, bedroom was really nice as-well as the bathroom, lovely and clean inside with a bottle of wine waiting for us. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of option, massive bonus is getting to pick what you would like and what time to be delivered. Staff helpful with our luggage and very polite
