There’s nothing to complain about!

I liked the possibility to get dinner on site as my flight arrived late in the evening. Both of the host were very friendly and welcoming. I liked the location. It’s a bit remote and you might need a car to get around. It’s located quite close to the airport (but still very quiet).

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly which we really appreciated after our late arrival. The breakfast was delicious and very generous. They also helped us get a vehicle dropped off to the hotel which made our day so much easier.

There's a horrible smell coming from the toilet every time you shower. Just that.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. The breakfast is just cheese and appetizers nothing special.

The landlord is just eager to taking the money from our pocket. Firstly, I thought we three guys could take a 15-min walk to the sleeping place, but the landlord strongly suggested and even kinf of imposed us to take their car at the cost of 25€. I don't know if it is just her speaking style. Secondly, the price was already high, but the landlord ruthlessly rejected our begging of accomodation for one more person. Actually, the suite could house 3 adults as shown on the website. Because I didn't check carefully the fickle and tricking reservation website, in the end the reservation was made for only 2 adults. On our arrival, we tried to talk with the landlord to pay the extra money for one more person sleeping in the same suite, but the landlord insisted we had to reserve a new suite, or we could go. You can imagine how awkward our talking is! Finally we chose to reserve one more suite. Lastly, I told to the landlord that the hair dryer didn' work when we checked out. I was so amazed to see the first response of the landlord was that I broke the hair dryer! Then, she let her husband to take the hair dyer on scene to have a careful check. Sorry, they really couldn't make it an excuse to charge more money from us. In the end, the water in the suites is very salty and bitter, much different from that in the towns of Fira and Oia.

Sadly, the mattress we slept on was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs underneath you. The Air Conditioning was budget, and acted more as a fan, circulating air through the room rather than cool it down. The water out of the shower and the sink seemed to be salt water? Was a bit bizarre.

We were welcomed by a lovely host to our lovely looking room, however we came across some issues that we feel are worth mentioning. Take away all of my comments in the section below, the place was really lovely and the host was warm and welcoming. We just feel that in order for it to be value for money, a comfortable mattress and good air conditioning is a must.

The location is far from everywhere, please check before you book unless you are driving and familiar with the road. It has no public or private transport nearby. Be aware for family with more than 3 as the host will charge you extra 35euro for a 7 year old child without providing an extra bed. The air con is not working but not an issue for us as it is rather windy at night.

Unfortunately there was a sewer problem next door and the smell became a problem (we were able to block it with wet towels). There was no ater provided, which is unusual as water is non portable (it is available from the mini bar). It's in the middle of..nothing..but fine for an early flight. I was injured on the stairs as they turn abruptly and I fell..but this happens...

Very good dinner. Close to airport. Warm, able to rest, reliable ride to the airport. Very good staff and extra blankets as it was dismal weather.

Sadly it is far away from both cities and beaches. it’s close to the airport but you have to walk uphill to get to the bus station.

It’s quiet, clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is customizable for your needs.

We rented a car and parked near the room via an access road as we had an early morning, and it was a bit cold. When we returned, they blocked the access with plants and other items. We therefore had to trek to the room with grocery items etc in the late evening. There was no communication saying that parking wasn't allowed in the designated area.

The place was very clean and on our first day we rushed out to do our wedding photo shoot and left the room upside down with makeup dressing stuff On returned all the suffering was sorted and neatly packed away. That was appreciated.

Dirty water boilers wasnt cleaned in years the hosts have a greek accent to the english that’s not always easy to understand especially when you’re tired and want to rest so we did miss a few details around pricing for the drinks in fridge The host called this act as stealing and never tried to understand even though we tried out best and offered to pay whatever it costs! all this conversation on whatsapp long after we checked out it was common sense to understand that if we had intentions of lifting the juice we didnt have to take the pain to explain her the case or offered to pay at the first instance for 6-8 euros! mind you we even didnt take breakfast that was supposed to be free because we had an early morning 5 am flight! pathetic behaviour from the host probably the first impolite greek i met ! they need some training for sure

The breakfast is simply not acceptable compared to the standard and the price of the house Cake and bread are not fresh but industrial packed, as well as the jam and the juice that is long lasting and not fresh Although the staff is smiling we find them not very customer oriented. Not much attention to the request and need of the guest The villas are in an isolated field just next to the airport and the noise for every flight departure is relevant

Think twice if you want to go to the airport by walk, it would be all dark without any light in the very morning or during night, and the road is not in a good condition for the suitcase. And if you want to call their transfer taxi, it costs 20 euros as in the center, even the distance is shorter.

The host is kind and she replies everything quickly.
