for me it wasn’t a problem at all but for some the hotel is located opposite a couple of bars that play music most of the time. However the room had double doors and you couldn’t hear the music with them closed

At the moment this 2 star budget hotel is coming to the end of the season and requires some maintenance but this is reflected in very low prices.

Family run hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff, they made our holiday. The location to the beach was great. We are elderly and have mobility issues and Costa and his family accommodated our needs.

The wifi was not reachable in our room, only at the reception. The towels were only replaced one time during our 7 day stay. Toilet paper was never replaced but were always given when asked and the rooms were always cleaned so this wasn't such a big issue.

Very good location, wonderful people, the music from the bars next to the hotel can become a little bit upsetting for some but it was definitely part of the experience and without it it would have been boring . The pool is lovely. Overall a very nice experience.

in the whole week we stayed we were supposed to have the sheets and towels changed, but only the towels were. The cleaning could be improved. besides that all was perfect

I would have preferred a little more space in my room. But is was comfortable.

I liked the location. Close to the beach, but not on it. The pool was lovely with lots of seating, very clean and a poolside bar with a great bartender and guests.

Only had wifi in the common area, not in the rooms. The hallway to my room smelt like cigarette smoke, sometimes the smell would be in the room too - not very pleasant.

A great stay with very friendly staff! Had a good breakfast, a pool with a bar and a ping pong table. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

I didn't like the fact that there was no free water at breakfast, but orange juice - really? Same breakfast every single day - a bit more effort to make diversity. Towel change after I asked for it personally twice, and they replace it after 3 days. No door for the shower cabin.

Welcoming and friendly owners, helpful during our stay. Small, but nice pool to relax. Ping pong table for free time. Street view and very close to the sea.

Hotel is getting a bit tired & dated however for the price charged that is to be expected.

Lovely family run hotel, the staff work really hard to please & do an excellent job. Breakfast was adequate. The polo area & bar were superb. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach

The location is absolutely perfect. 4th time in this village, 1st time in this hotel. Didn't disappoint. Basic breakfast but fresh and plentiful. Rooms spotless with fridge and aircon included. Staff friendly and polite. Poolside chairs get very hot due to the fabric and we used them only once during our week stay as we met friends at another location or on the beach which is literally yards from the hotel. Walking distance to a great variety of restaurants too.

Perfect location, the staff were very helpful when asked about local transport and trips. The hotels amenities were very clean.

wifi not available in our room too far from the reception desk, lack of cleanliness, noisy because of the bar (on the other side of the road but under our window), swimming pool of 70 centimeter, breakfast not very tasty

- VERY DIRTY - didn't feel like it was cleaned before we came (dirt and hair on the floor, the sheets had some stains on them, the curtains had mosquito stains on them, the table on the balcony was really dirty, covered with something that looked like sauce) - We were very careful not to let mosquitos in...one night we came back to discover someone LEFT THE BALCONY DOOR OPEN, like a 10 cm gap...both UNSAFE and mosquitos got in - Bathroom had no shower curtain, the water was everywhere (but dried quickly) - BREAKFAST was VERY WEAK - the selection would be fine, but LOW quality jams that tasted really bad, low quality processed "ham", low quality margarine/butter (bread was good, but the toasting settings were kinda messed up so it ended up burned most of the time), coffee and tea were fine, but the juice was made out of concentrated orange "juice", so the taste was pretty bad - Window was right above the busiest local bar, so it could got pretty loud at night - wouldn't recommend for people who aren't sound sleepers - Fridge had troubles and accummulated a lot of water at times - Next to no furniture - no wardrobe, no bench - you kinda had to live out of your luggage (the other room didn't really even have enough space to put your luggage anywhere to be honest...also didn't have a second night stand) - NO CENTRAL LIGHTNING - not enough light, also, light wasn't really consitent warmth wise

- LOCATION - Extremely close to the beach, 2 minutes and you're there, 2 minutes to the nearest market and souvenir shop as well - Our room had a pretty good view of the pier (people also kinda saw into our room, but we had curtains and blind angles) - Spacious bathroom, water pressure and temperature were mostly stable and easy to set + HIGH quality toilet paper - sounds silly, but really pleasant - The fridge was really handy, but very small - Working AC in both rooms (we got a random upgrade to a 4 bed room, probably not enough rooms to cover the demand) - Double door for both balcony entrances - helped with noise (window sucked though, so..)

It's a family hotel beautifully managed and put together. It is pretty with access to the swimming pool, very well located and very friendly and also helpful staff. I was very pleased and I will definitely come back to enjoy more of it.

This is an amazing place, Arillas is a beautiful small resort with everything you need. Akti Arillas hotel is located in the best position, the pool is chilled and relaxing and the family that run the hotel are friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. If you need a relaxing, chilled out holiday this is the place to go.

Breakfast was the same every morning. Despite the accomodation was cheap, there is still possibility to have different variety of food in the morning. We were missing fruits for breakfast. Rooms are small, but value for the money. Probably our bad luck, we had a lot of mosquitos in the room, but owner gave us insect killer plug and it helped us.

The property is close to the beach (2min walking distance), it has very good pool, opposite of the hotel is bar with music and lot of good restaurants. The hotel has 2* stars, so do not except nothing exceptional.
