Sad old small shower- not what I expected for a “superior “ room The coffee at breakfast was awful. Breakfast was served in the coffee shop but nobody there to make fresh coffee- just self service horrible muck. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This in not a problem if the coffee shop downstairs was in operation but it wasn’t when we were there

Room needs more light. There are no mosquito nets at the ceiling windows and mosquitoess very active. Yhe shower curtain is yellow instead of white. Breakfast is plain could offer aome more options for the price. Filtered coffee is disgusting;

In the shower cabin, instead of a sliding door, there is a curtain. Not critical, but it could be better with a sliding door.

Nice location, in a quiet place near the lake. There is self-check-in that place after 4 p.m., and it's a benefit if you arrive late. There is a comfortable and clean room. From our balcony we could see a small piece of the lake, but not the whole lake).

From the windows of second floor is impossible to see the lake, because the lake is surrounded by big trees.

Coffee during breakfast was extra charge - we only found out during checkout. Breakfast was very limited. There's no coffee kit in the room, and no closet. The walls are quite thin so we heard the guests in the other rooms and one morning one of the staff was screaming outside our room while talking to some other staff member downstairs.

The balcony and room size was great, the staff was very helpful. Our shower was leaking and we got a different room the next day. Private parking and quiet area away from the noisy city.

The mansard room was not much comfortable although big room size. Facilities very old and shower with curtain only made run water till the room. Need renovation and modernization!

The bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade, broken shower screen etc. Average breakfast on offer, probably best to recommend nearby cafe for breakfast.

The bathroom had a moldy smell. Breakfast could be improved as you do not have too many choices. Even though you get the lake view room you won't see anything because of the trees, so i recommend not book the room for the view.

The hotel room was spacious, staff was very kind. They have private parking which was also a good thing for us since we came by car.

The breakfast can be a bit improved, croissants, olives and spinach pie seemed and tasted like they were a bit old.

We stayed for 1 night on our way to Zakynthos. Good location at a lake, clean, quite area, not in the city centre but very close, you can walk easily to restaurants to eat.

The breakfast area is quite small .There were a lot of mosquitoes in the area.

The hotel is outside of the city,however near the city,at the same time. Within a 10-15 minute walk someone can reach the castle .The room was comfortable and clean . The breakfast was good.

Self checkin was a fiasco. I didn’t receive the code, when I phoned they gave me the wrong code and I ended up having to call to enter the building and. Then again to enter the apartment. All resolved when the reception staff arrived in the morning.

It is a small thing but we would appreciate bigger glasses for water at the breakfast.

We really appreciated the spacious room and comfortable beds. Nice walk distance to the city center. The young lady at the reception was very friendly and nice! Self-check-in was really easy too!
