It was a great experience since personnel welcomed us in the very best way, they were absolutely professional and tried to accomplish all our demands. People at Hotel were smiling during our stay, breakfast was absolutely perfect, especially the fried eggs made by MRs Evangelia, Parking lot had enough space right outside the Hotel, view was magnificent since location is right infront of the seaside, and the the whole environment was colourful with the most beautiful flowers!. A wonderful little hotel. Very friendly atmosphere. The room was perfect. The balcony with seaview. The hotel is very next to the beach. The beach is well organised with umbrellas for free and showers. The breakfast was extraordinary. No buffet, but everything you need. Even with homemade cakes. We would choose the hotel every time again, when we were in the area. Thanks to the family for this extraordinary stay!

Delightful family run hotel at waters edge. Personal service to the fore. Good sized room with everything we could want, Pity the weather was cold/damp and we arrived in the evening - so didn't even venture onto the balcony! Ideal location as we were catching a ferry from Arkitsa to Evia the next morning. Huge breakfast including fresh pastries - far too much for us but we took some with us to eat later.

We stayed here on our way to Meteora our first night in Greece. Tania and his parents couldn’t be more welcoming. Shower was excellent and bed comfortable. Yanis carried our bags up to the room and then gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. The breakfast was sensational and as we left we were given a big jar of homemade olives.

Hotel Akti is modern in appearance and I liked the room decor etc very much. There are no car parking issues and it is situated right by the sea. Breakfast was outstanding and I was given a big jar of olives upon checking out, which was very thoughtful. I was very happy overall with my stay there.

The hotel is in a great position, close to good restaurants and really close to the water. The view from the balcony facing the sea are beautiful and very relaxing. The staff helped us with a late check in with no problems but the best of all was the breakfast, reeeally abundant and delicious, totally worth the price.

Couldn't fault the stay.

The location was perfect. We had a balcony overlooking the beach and the room was perfect. The bathroom was quite small but the shower was excellent. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us and made our stay brilliant. I highly recommend it. We stayed the Greeks' Easter Monday evening, which was a week later than the UK, so the hotel was very quiet. It is very close to the restaurants and bars ( which totalled no more than half a dozen) so you could hear the locals leaving at the end of the evening. They laid on the most substantial breakfast I have ever seen and that was excellent as well.

It was very quiet in the town as we went in early April, I imagine it is very busy in the summer months

The family were super helpful, always available for advice and help. The breakfast was a feast! Delicious homemade dishes, plus yoghurt, fruit, pastries and cake. The location was excellent, with parking straight outside and the beach across the road. A large range of excellent restaurants along the front, all within a very short walk.

Location — it is located between ATH Airport on the road to Meteora and it is on the water so the atmosphere is calm and beautiful.
