We had paid for a premium room, but we could barely sleep in there as there was so much outside noise from the ACs/ventilation of the other rooms. When taking a shower, the shower cabin would fill with water almost immediately. On top, there was something like a mini lake forming in front of the hotel, especially in the evenings, probably from the clogged draining system. There was also a nasty smell coming from it, which made the breakfast very unpleasant.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. It was nice that there were sun-beds and umbrellas reserved for the guests of the hotel free of charge.

We have also experienced food/water poisoning over the last two days at this hotel. We did not drink water from the tap, but we are pretty sure they prepare food and wash dishes with the same tap water! More and more reviews have been posted in the last few days for this hotel, and not for the neighboring hotels (I have checked). This clearly indicates a problem specific to this hotel and not a virus in the area, as the hotel claims. There is sewage water in front of the hotel most of the time, accompanied by a horrible smell, which may be contaminating the tap water. Additionally, there is mold in the room and bathroom (photos attached). They advertise this as a 4-star hotel, which is a scam in my opinion. They have two separate buildings—one is comparable to a 2-star hotel and has nothing to do with the other building. If you complain about your room, they ask you to pay the difference to be moved to the other building, as mentioned in other reviews. This hotel is not worth paying $150 to $400 per night—not even close. I hope local authorities take action soon! Found this number for customer complain Greece # 1572 which I will try Monday, do not know if is the right one.

It was untidy, the TV was working too slow, the cleaners would enter the room to clean even though you’d tell them not to, the breakfast was tasteless and the parking lot was not as safe as described, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and moreover take in consideration the fact that you won’t have any pharmacy or hospital nearby. The coffee you drink at breakfast is salty because they use water from the sea, so you will have to pay extra to have a decent coffee.

The ratio value for money is very low in this hotel. In a four star hotel and for 350 Euros per night, one expects that there is no humidity in the room (the dehumidifier in the room filled up twice per day) and that he/she is not obliged to sustain the smell of the septic tank. On top of that the hotel never responded to a written request of mine even to reject it. All in all a great disappointment.

The booking pictures are completely different to real life. The bathroom looked like a scene from the movie ‘Saw’ with rust all around. Luckily didn’t catch tetanus. Room with dust, hair and stains from previous people. Also had stained towels and multiple mosquitoes. Studio rooms are hidden away on the side from the newer section of hotel. For the price we paid it was extremely disappointing. Would never return.

They missconcept us with the stay for 150€/night. They have two hotels, one luxury and one poor but they sell for the same price and the photos from booking are only for the luxury one. This is scam. Poor food, poor service.

Value for money is absoultely not proportional. Not maintained well, worn out. Sometimes no water. When there is - water is brown. In fromt of the hotel there is some leakage or something, you have to jump over ponds every time you are going to hotel. Impression of totally under-qualified staff: waiters, cleaners, cooks - they are improvising all the time (reception was professional). No smiles anywhere.

Keep up the great work you do

We love the place. This is our third visit. Everything was fantastic. My brother had a birthday so the staff from hotel helped in preparing a surprise for him and even provide a cake. Room was full of balloons it was wonderful surprise. Staff is excellent always with the smile and happy to help attitude going extra mile for guests comfort. Beach is the best in Halkidiki so easy to enter and exit water no swimming shoes needed absolutely wonderful. Parking spacious easy enter and exit, secured with ramp. Overall wonderful holiday for our family. Thank you very much!

Hotel is right across the street from the beach. It has its own private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Its close to an all inclusive as it gets :) Rooms are spacious and super clean.

This was our second time in the hotel, and it will definitely won’t be our last! Everything was great. The staff were amazing (especially the lady in the reception which I forgot to get her name)! The facilities are very modern and everything is clean. Breakfast is great and the location is amazing. Just by the beach!!!

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. All the employees there are too kind to all the guests in the hotel especially with the kids, always smiling, positive and ready to help with whatever they need. We want to especially thank the woman manager (I don't know what her name was) that when my pregnant wife mentioned pancakes that she saw the previous day at the buffet, she immediately went to tell the chef to make them for us. We would also like to thank Sonia who works in the spa and massages. My pregnant wife and I had a massage at her place and she was so nice positive smiling and professional in what she does. It was our first time in this hotel and we are so positively surprised by the hotel. This is the first and only hotel in Greece that we liked everything and that all the employees were excellent, the hotel was always clean and the rooms also smelled nice, the pool was also cleaned daily. The only thing that could be better is airconditioning, at least in the room we were in. We would leave it on max the whole day and it would still be very hot at night.
