Nice place to stay, very close to Kamari beach. We arrived late in the evening and left very early in the morning, so I couldn't enjoy the beach and have a look around. But there are many restaurants near by to eat seafood. The staff is nice and friendly. Room is good.

The bathroom is small and I prefer the glass shower, curtain is not very hygienic for me

The staff is really nice and helpful, location is amazing, beachfront and bus stop very close. Lydia suggests nice activities that you can't miss if you spend few days in the island.

There was no kettle in the room due to covid as explained by staff, it would be better to have it.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right across the street is the black sand beach. They offer bar service and sun chairs with cushions to sit on the beach. If you’re not feeling the beach, there is a pool right out front! The room was enough for what we needed, to sleep.

The check-in was extremely annoying. The outside area, pool/ breakfast are very nice and tastefully decorated but it’s located on the most crowded beach cramped with Sunbeds. The room absolutely tiny , my husband couldn’t walk around the bed as it was blocked buy the fridge. We travel really a lot, this room had the smallest bathroom we have ever stayed in, we couldn’t close the door using the loo. Breakfast very average😥

Poor breakfast and restaurant. This was evident in no one stopping to eat there as the menu options were limited. Also didn't like seeing exposed pipes coming out of the floor in various places (see images) why aren't these covered? All in all the property is a bit tired and in the need of a refurbishment.

Great location right next to the beach and a 10min stroll to the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. 2 small pools.

breakfast I had to complain to booking.com about as it was not as described (i am gluten free and they had no gluten free). for £179 this was overpriced and should have been half that. told the orange juice is fresh when it was not so they lied about that. overall the morning breakfast and the receptionist's way of handling it is what really has earned them a bad review. also the room is tiny. shower i could not even turn my body. what is the point in having a terrace if you cannot even have a decent sized shower. bathroom was typical of a 1 star hotel. horrible.

Rooms were average for the price and really small bathrooms Bar staff member was so rude to us on our first day and told us to “relax and be happy you’re on holidays when asked if was serving - if you want something come and find me and ask me!! I thought I was the guest , apparently not. Ruined the stay Other staff were great.

The breakfast was terrible. Very basic with low quality food. We would expect something totally different for the price of the hotel and the level. The pool area was very small, but was well maintained.

The staff at the beach and at breakfast was very nice and attentive. The beach setup was great! - we spent most of the time there. The room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed our stay there.

The internet was unreliable. Also we were given two twin beds, even though they were pushed together, they had their own sheets. Kalami is very far from main attractions of the island, and you should definitely consider getting a car or taking a cab!

Breakfast and staff were great! Buffet wasIf you are looking for a beach vacation this is a good spot. Although, if you are like me, you might not be very impressed with black sand beaches. The sunbeds were very comfortable. Staff were pleasure to be around. The area had many restaurants and shops! I would say this is a good spot for family vacation!

It felt a little grubby in the room. I was really expecting better quality. We had travelled through Greece and other hotels even in Santorini, and this was more money than much better quality hotels. I feel the hotel room style doesn’t match the nice modern style that’s around its front pool and beach bar which would have been much nicer. I understand the higher price is because of the location being on the beach but still felt a little fooled by the pictures. There was also an old very faulty looking electrical fuse box in the bedroom with its door unable to close properly that looked so dangerous and possibly illegal to have exposed like that. We also found no service at their beach bar as we had to leave the beach completely and go back to the hotel for drinks. The open beach bar next door to the hotels beach bar had staff that said they weren’t allowed to serve us as we were from another hotel, which is just annoying when you just want to pay money to have this quick service and it’s not available or allowed and they stop you going to the next venue for even a water so you have to walk all the way to the hotel for it.

u had to pay for cappuccino for breakfast only black coffee was included, u can hear your neighbours, no toilet paper in main toilet by the pool,
