In Oia there's a lot of focus on the (beautiful) sunset and a small portion of the places to stay have a view of the sun setting over water. Another portion have a view of it setting over land. This is not either of them, there's no view of anything really. We knew that going in so we were not disappointed. We caught the sunset at restaurants, after a massage, and on a boat.

We stayed for 5 nights and this location was great for doing different kinds of things. It's right next to the bus stop so carrying luggage was no problem. Stavros was very friendly and helpful and could arrange taxis. For shopping and dining, you walk out 50 ft and boom, you're right in the middle of everything. The first thing you'll see is Solo Gelato - we had 3 cones in 5 nights... The room itself was really nice with a king bed, rain shower fit for a tall person, separate toilet room with a wand you can use for bidet, and then the heated pool (not quite a hot tub but warm). It was very quiet and private feeling too, amazing considering the activity level just a few dozen yards away.

The bathroom sink/kitchenette area is lit by motion detector lights. Convenient most of the time but not so much in the middle of the night when the bright lights are blinding and wake you and your still-in-bed partner. No cleaning offered during the stay — I usually prefer it that way but since you can’t flush toilet paper it would’ve been nice to have housekeeping!

Really convenient location near the bus station and super walkable to old town Oia and all the shops, restaurants and viewpoints. The host was fabulous and communication was easy and quick. He arranged a taxi for us both from the ferry and to the airport, and also helped us have our laundry done while there. The room itself looks just as pictured — beautiful and the design is well thought out with a place to hang clothes, drawers for belongings and a place to keep luggage out of the way. The bed was comfortable enough (I prefer softer) and the TV has Netflix. There were blackout curtains and we felt safe in the area. The temperature of the tub can be adjusted if you ask the host. It was lukewarm for us.

The room was very nice, but it is the host who exceeded all my expectations. In my years of travelling, I have never met such a great and helpful host. He was incredibly attentive even to the smallest of details, and gave me superb recommendations on where the locals go, places to visit and how how to get there to avoid the "tourist traps". I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion I would sincerely recommend this place. Amazing.

This was our favorite hotel on our honey moon. The staff went above and beyond and decorated our room with roses and balloons. It was SOO special. The hot tub was soo nice to relax in. Location is 10/10. i would 10000% stay here again if we are back in Santorini.

The location was amazing right in the centre of oia but in a spot where you don’t notice the crowds. The room was beautiful and the spa was amazing. Definitely the best value for money in oia I would recommend this to anyone travelling to oia.

Incredible location in the heart of Oia, close to the bus stop, and the caldera views. Apartment had everything we needed- comfy beds, air con, bathroom and even a mini fridge. Stavros wasn't able to meet us, but he had some colleagues/friends step in and they were so helpful and kind. Having a private jacuzzi was the cherry on top.

Minor issues: cleaning was a little bit off sometimes (nothing serious problem), and they did not replace the welcome items (e.g. shampoo, shower gel, coffee etc.). Also, the reservation did not include breakfast, and we did not really have the chance to make ourselves food. It would be nicer to have some kitchen items (microwave, kettle etc.) - I know it was clear for us that we would not have these items, but in the future it could be an upgrade, so the guests do not always have to go to restaurant. These are very small things and nothing really annoying, besides these everything was perfect.

Everything was so nice and everyone (the staff) was very kind to us.

The apartment was located in the central part of Oia, it was very close to restaurants and the famous blue domes were literally round the corner! The apartment was very clean, and more private than others, the hot tub was fantastic. All the facilities worked and it was very clean. would definitely recommend as location was perfect!

The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything but feels like you're far away from it. The bus stop is only 1 block from the apartment which is very convenient to go to Fira. The main square of Oia is also 1 block from the apt. Anna greeted us with delicious white wine. Nespresso coffee machine for breakfast was great. It was very clean and spacious. Jacuzzi was amazing after long days around the island. Very comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The toilet was very clean. The location was very good and quite. unfortunately, I couldn’t use the bath tub because I was there alone. Anna was very helpful with everything that I asked for it. She made me feel very comfortable to stay there even though I was alone.

Absolutely nothing!

The most amazing suite, just steps (literally) off the main path in Oia. The private pool was the perfect place to escape the heat and bustle of the visitors. Anna assisted us in planning everything we were interested in. Thank you so much!

if any, there is no view in the room however that makes our stay very quiet even if we are in the center of all the actions. also to carry the luggage from where the taxi drops you to the room is a bit of a challenge if you have a heavy luggages :) there is a bit of few stairs to do before you reach to the room. but that’s luckily once of during the stay :)

the hotel is 2 rooms only, with jacuzzi.. very modern very clean very spacious. staff was really helpful and friendly. she did everything in her power to make our stay smooth. she booked booked us all our trips and transportation. the location is excellent, it is in the center. no need for any transportation as long as you are moving in the area. perfect stay.

One of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip to Greece. It was in a great location since it was close to everything but still away from lots of the crowds. The room was nice and spacious and we enjoyed it very much. We also had our own private hot tub. Anna was very helpful and accommodating. I would consider this place a gem and would come back.

This is perfect apartment for stay. Very clean and comfortable. Host Anna couldn't be more helpfull, she organised everything we needed. Location is quiet, yet very close (80m) to the center of fantastic city of Oia.

We had an issue with hot water but realised this was a fault of our own which Anna helped us with. The shower is a wet room which some people may find uncomfortable but as a couple we didn’t have any issues.

The location is genuinely amazing! We met some friends out there that couldn’t believe how close we were to everything/the main square. Anna is such a lovely person who catered to all of our needs and really made the trip extra special! If you’re thinking not having a hot tub with a sea view is too much of a sacrifice, think again as with this accommodation you’ll have your own privacy with a beautiful hot tub and amenities close by literally on your doorstep! why go for a sea view hot tub where literally every tourist in Oia can see you when you have a full on apartment with a hot tub and every other wonderful feature it comes with to yourself? Amazing experience and we’d highly recommend booking the ATV hire with Anna too, this was really the perfect stay 😍

The only flaw in my opinion is the lack of shutters in the morning the light comes in very early, but it's a personal opinion I'm used to sleeping in pitch dark

Everything was perfect, except overcrowded Oia, it is better to wake up early in the morning to take photos. Water in jacuzzi is not possible to heat, in the evenings the water is a bit cold only if you stay for a long time. Anyway it was great and worth 10/10 review

Honestly nothing! If I was to really think, a bath robe would have been nice but not a necessity.

Anna was above and beyond in helping us coordinate our boat trip and all of our car transfers! The suite was clean and had everything we needed during our two night stay. The hot tub was an extra bonus as well! The location was absolutely superb. Would absolutely stay again!
