The master bedroom could use some sort of closet or place to put your baggage.

The property was incredible, with views you would only dream of. Easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, grocery and more. we loved it.

There is a lot of stairs to get to the property but it seems like that is the norm for any Santorini stay.

Beautiful view of the sunset every night. The place was very clean. The location was close to a lot of the main shopping and eating. The hot tubs were a very nice romantic touch.

Indoor pool was a little cold, we couldn't really use it (we traveled in April). The bridge was cool but quite noisy when someone walks on it. By mistake we turned off the dehumidifier, and our clothes were wet the morning after, we could have used more attention.

The apartment is close to restaurants and bars and has a very nice view. The outdoor hot tub is what we liked the most at night. The staff is friendly and accommodated all our needs. I would definitely recommend

Everything was great. Balcony view, indoor pool, great breakfast and friendly host and cleaning staff. Host was extremely responsive and well organized. Location was extremely convenient for restaurants, shopping and view points.

The location is amazing, right on the caldera seam. It is a few steps up to the main Fira hub, bus station, cable car, and old port. The room is quiet and soundproof and has its own Jacuzzi on the terrace. The manager and staff were very nice. I had a great stay and memorable experience.

We were met by our host and handed over the keys and showed us the room, assisted with tours, taxis et. Very kind, easy to communicate with and very accommodating with requests via Whatsapp.

The property itself was great, but the baggage transfer service left a lot to be desired. The hotel is located on the side of the hill overlooking the caldera, so the only option is to walk the luggage down from the top and back up again. That’s the same for every hotel in the area, so that itself is not an issue. The issue comes when they don’t carry the suitcases—and instead drag them over the cobblestones and bounce and scrape them over the steps and up the hill. We had significant scratches all over our brand new luggage, a broken wheel, and even a cracked case. The amount of damage was simply amazing.

The location was perfect. Easy walk (by Santorini standards) to everything. The views are amazing. We had our own private staff lady who brought breakfast everyday. We had both suits so had Two great balconies.

I didn’t have a problem with this at all but you do have to be able to go up/down several flights of stairs to get there. Worked just fine for me.
