Water from tape was so salty that it was impossible to use it for tea or coffee. Fortunately on the other side of the street is Carrefour supermarket where you can buy normal water.

Everything was OK. My room was cleaned every day and every day I got new linen and towels. Breakfasts were really substantial. Apart from this cery close to studio is supermarket Carrefour, bakery and bus stop to Fira.

That we could not seem to get clean towels whebhe we bad used allow them up.

They didn't have the right room for us on arrival and so they upgraded us which was great. The breakfast options were excellent and we ate well. Overall we had a great stay and they even let us stay a few extra hours in the room when we were checking out. Thanks for the great stay.

Bar wasn't opened, but then it was end of season and could be chilly outside. We managed, but it's a good way of meet others staying there.

Quiet location. Very clean spacious studio room.Good choices in continental breakfast. Friendly hosts-always had a smile and a welcome. Fab pool...only 1.8 m at deepest. Cleaner was lovely. Thought it was great value.

The studio is basic, mattresses are ok but it is not a Queen bed but two double beds, not great for couples. Moreover, our studio was next to the entrance and it was very noisy, We could hear people coming in and out of the building.

The hotel is well located in Perissa. You have a supermarket right across the street. The pool is great and pretty Big. The rooms are clean and it is a good bargain, they provide towels and pool towels. The staff is very nice and breakfast is pretty simple but does the job.

The furniture could definitely be updated. But everything was clean and functional. To our surprise it was salt water that came out from both the shower and the sinks 😫 That made it very hard for us to brush our teeth and wash our face in the morning 😭 But upon doing research this is a common thing in many parts of Greece and the island "doesn't have any natural sources of water" to begin with. So oww well fun to experience 🤷🏾‍♀️ We didn't have an issue with the water pressure. It just took a few minutes for the shower water to get warm. Definitely nothing crazy from our experience 👍🏾 The WiFi connection wasn't the best. For some reason it was better on my phone than my friends, but we made it work 🥴 We had to check out at 11.30am. We would've preferred a later time but they said they had other guests arriving so we couldn't do it any later, which is understandable. But they let us leave our luggage at the reception 🙏🏾

We had a late night flight which landed at 3am. So we organized transportation via the hotel to come and pick us up from the airport for €40. It was very smooth and reliving 😅 The room was quite big and spacious. We were surprised because it was much better than what we expected. The kitchen had quite a few utensils if one wanted to cook, a small fridge and a little island. The AC went to great use as the temperature kept rising 🙌🏾 In the bathroom we found small tubes of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. As well as toothbrushes and small tubes of toothpaste which the hotell had provided🌹 The view from the balcony to the pool was amazing. The balcony itself was a dream! A lovely perk to have. It had three chairs and a table. The pool was great ✨ Full of people from morning till the evening, but was empty for the most part from evening to night. Breakfast was served from 8-10am. Very cute set up, not a crazy amount of variety but you have to keep in mind the it isn't a big corporation. It's was enough to get us full in morning 😇 The location was 10/10. On one side of the hotel you find a beautiful view of the humongous mountains right before it. On the other side you find a supermarket 50m away (just across the streets) alongside a small bakery. The hotel is located on Perissa's main street which is filled with different restaurants and bike/car renting shops 🤯 The Black Sand beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Super easy to find. The beach walk had lots of great restaurants and bars with good food and service 🥳 I have to mention the fact that the buss stop is also what has to be less than 100m away. There you can take a bus that will take you directly to Fira 😝 Housekeeping came in the morning. It was a really nice lady who did a fenomenal job, she even washed the few kitchen utensils we had used. She also made sure we had clean towels when she left.

Only thing I would recommend is they could put a clothes dryer on the balcony, an ironing board too but no issues as iron on a towel. A click on the wall too so you don't fumble for your phone in the morning!

The pool and seating area was perfect with a nice breeze through as it was very hot! The ladies at Andreas really made us feel welcome and even messaged me before our stay to answer any questions and also if we needed a travel cot as my friend and his wife had their 8 month old with them which was a lovely touch. we had a pool view which was great and the rooms were cleaned every day with towels replaced each day. Towels were provided for the pool so don't bring a towel as they will let you take one for the day if you go to the beach! There is also a local express bus which takes you to fira in 25 mins for €2.20 each way so the location is perfect. In the rooms there is a fridge and small freezer compartment, twin electric hob, kettle, iron and hairdryer so no need to bring with you. Plates and cutlery. Air conditioning is good too. Breakfast is continental with meats, cheese, pastries, pancakes, ham and cheese tosties, scrambled egg (fritata style), yogurts and rice pudding, they change little things each day which is great! we booked this as we lost our villa booking due to covid but was so happy with booking here as great location with a bakery, BBQ place for gyros and a bakery which is 24hrs literally on the doorstep, couldn't have chosen a better place to be. I would go back in a heart beat. The attention the ladies and staff provided was perfect! I would highly recommend staying at Andreas studios! The rooms are basic but you only sleep in them really and the beds are comfy. They also provide shampoo, body wash and toothbrushes. Little touches that saves packing things you dont need too! For a transfer use Viator as a round trip transfer was only £50! taxis are expensive so this was a great place to book one before arriving!

Near to main street, traffic during the night makes this appartment a bit noisy. Breakfast is good, but there is a supermarket near there which offers better options.

The room is old, like old. The bed is for one big person, not for a couple. They never clean the room, they only make your bed. They should make some changes to that rooms for the money they asked for. The location was okay, close to the beaches and markets. I would not recommend this place for that money. Not worth it. After I arrived there, I found places cheaper and so much cleaner and nicer.

The pool was nice. Unfortunately, there were people going at 7:00 just to take sunbeds even though they were not there until 16/17.. Also.. some people clean flip-flops in the pool. Are these people ever been at any pool in their life? The water was dirty because of those.

The hosts went above and beyond to help us out when our flight got cancelled, they even came to the studio out of office hours to give us the room key. They also allowed us to stay past our check out time until our flight. Amazing hospitality, thank you!
