The only improvement would be some sort of heating for the pool as the water temperature was tolerable but extremely refreshing.

The Staff were absolutely exceptional in all areas, from friendliness to local knowledge- simply outstanding. The infinity pool has an amazing position and outlook. Breakfast was excellent quality.

Great stay! My room had the best view of the caldera. It was spectacular. Room service and staff were excellent. I love the convenience of the staff providing transportation while we stayed there. I have no complaints. Loved the pool too!

This place was absolutely amazing. The accommodation, facilities and views were stunning but the best part of this stay were the staff. Never have we been so accommodated for. They were incredibly welcoming, kind and funny. They provided us with the best local knowledge on everything and recommended the best tour to take during our stay. We loved this hotel and would love to come back again. Thank you so much.

Quite far from the centre- can’t walk to restaurants or supermarkets.

Staff were amazing. Quick to help and recommend any activities and restaurants. They also offered convenient drop off and pick ups to places close by. Views were incredible.

The area and the view from the hotel was amazing, especially from the pool and also from the balcony of our room. My daughter and I loved the breakfast we had every morning. The people working there were very nice, professional and friendly. Also, as we did not rent a car they drove us down to the bus stop in the village and picked us up almost every day at no extra cost, when we wanted to go out and visit the island. The hotel is on the "slow" side of the island. It is very quiet and relaxing but a bit far from the "excitement" of the two cities. There really was nothing else negative.

The room was very spacious. Private balcony with view of the ocean and volcano. Pool was clean and cold with seating available. Breakfast was made to order. Staff will drive you and pick you up from your daily excursions.

Ladder stair to bedroom a bit tricky !

Staff were absolutely wonderful...very helpful and wanting to do everything to help us have a fantastic holiday. From getting umbrellas for pool to recommending great restaurants and booking the best tables and providing transport.

The view of the neighborhoods was not the best.

Best staff i ever seen, friendly and smiley and helpfull. Free car transfer in any time to Akrotiri village and back. Nice pools and breakfast is ok. You can see both side if the island and the sea and caldera - so it is nice!

We took a suites with view. The room was very nice. All the equipments were new. Swimming pool with massage option was incredible. The view on the sea was superb. The staff was incredibly kind and trying to fulfill all your wishes. Mr Spiros (the owner) and his team were always available. Big thanks to them for having make our stay very special !
