United KingdomSo we paid for aircon - for it not to work and to be told there was ‘nothing they could do’. It was 37° on a night and safe to say none of us actually slept as we were covered in sweat constantly. They fixed it on day 3 with no kind of compensation apart from 1 free day or aircon. On multiple days - the room did not get touched up or cleaned. We spent a lot of money at the hotel itself with buying drinks to pre drink - you weren’t allowed to bring any in. As you can imagine empty bottles, they did start to pile up. Upon checking out - we were told we weren’t allowed to leave until we went upstairs and cleaned the room. No joke I was handed a bin bag and the guy refused to book us a taxi to the airport until we cleaned. We genuinely nearly missed £400 flights as it took around 45 mins for them to be ‘satisfied’ after charging 25 euros for a small white card you put in the light socket. He was very rude and threw the key back at me calling us disgusting. Overall our stay had been nice until then - but would honestly put me off staying again.
The pool / pool bar is lovely , never have to fight for sunbeds and the food is very nice to say it’s affordable. Shoutout to Sakis who actually made us reservations at restaurants and answered evrytbing we bothered him with :)

United KingdomWe had to pay extra for air conditioning which most of the time wasn’t working properly. The air conditioner was €3 per person per night. The room didn’t look like the pictures.
Nice pool tho. And it also had a football pitch which was nice but needed maintenance.

SerbiaThere is a lot of thing we found bad...first, for all our stay there no one clean our room and no one replace towels. Rooms are old, and in bathroom is only salt water. The hotel manager was not professional at all, actually he was very rude. We did not feel safe or welcome either

SerbiaVery bad rating for this hotel. As disadvantages, I would mention that there is SALT water in the tap. In the hotel, they don't let you bring in food that you buy in the market, but they force you to buy it at a higher price. Also, the rooms are poorly cleaned and the furniture is worn out. The hotel is on a very busy street, so it is difficult to sleep. I recommend avoiding it.

Really enjoyed our stay at the aphrodite hotel, very friendly staff and a special mention to Sakis and Katsy who were both very friendly and helpful. Hotel is fully equipped with everything you need from the shop and pool bar, shoutout to the spaghetti bolognaise. This hotel is perfect for a girls/boys holiday and great location on the strip. Staff at reception were very helpful and booked our taxis to the airport. Also great value for money!
