We stayed in August 2024 and had the most amazing experience. The accommodation and apartments are amazing, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect away from the crowds and in a beautiful part of Santorini with plenty around. Every member of staff was amazing and so welcoming. The lady on reception (sorry I forgot her name) provided us with 5 star hospitality from the second we arrived. We celebrated my fiancées 30th birthday while in Santorini and Apikia made this an unforgettable experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s better than it is in the pictures, truly beautiful. Thank you to the whole team at Apikia we would love to come back!

Housekeeping need to replace bottled water each day as important to have for drinking - easily solved but we did have to ask each day for the water.

Mario was exceptional with service, friendliness and information - thank you Mario. Breakfast was served in room each day and was fresh and made with care - plenty of options for different preferences. The property overall was generous.

In October, our terrace and pool was mostly in the shade. That would be welcome in the summer heat, but I did hope to make better use of the sun beds and soak up some sun. However, we were out exploring much of our time so that didn’t impact us too much. Other rooms we saw had more sun on their terraces.

We loved Apikia Santorini hotel! The staff were fantastic at looking after you and providing great recommendations- thank you Angelina! She recommended and organised a great restaurant booking in Oià and sunset cruise around the island. The room was fabulous with a beautiful view of the north of the island. You could see part of the caldera on one side - and the east coast on the other. The pool was heated and clean and for your personal use. There is a path that runs close to the bottom of your terrace, but you rarely see anyone on it. So it was quite private. There is a good sized car park for this hotel if you are renting a car. Pyrgos is a beautiful village but much of it is not accessible by car so this was a big plus. Breakfast is delivered to your room and is varied and plentiful every day. Loved our 3 night stay so much. So glad I found it.

Modern decor, beautiful views, quiet, and very convenient parking (but be careful exiting). Convenient walking distance to restaurants. The staff was very friendly. I hope to come back someday.

The only minor con was that they only provided one free bottle of water for our entire 3-night stay. It would’ve been nice to have a daily refill, but this was such a small issue in the grand scheme of things. - not an issue for us but we'd definitely recommend you to have a car if planning to stay here as Pyrgos doesn't always have great public transport.

Our stay at Apikia Santorini was absolutely incredible! We booked the honeymoon suite, and we were blown away by the beauty and aesthetics of the room—it was everything we had hoped for and more. The highlight had to be our very own heated pool, which was glorious and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the stunning views from our room. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep every night. And those views—just breathtaking! It was like waking up in a postcard every morning. The staff were equally amazing, especially Marios and Angelica, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much for them, and their hospitality really made our stay special. Every morning, they prepared us a delicious breakfast and delivered it straight to our room, which made for the perfect start to each day. The location of the hotel in Pyrgos was also fantastic—such a charming and underrated town in Santorini, away from the crowded tourist spots, but still offering that authentic Santorini charm.

The view, the pool, the excellent room cleaning, the location (way better than in the hotspots like Fira or Oia), spacious and free parking, the delicious breakfast served directly in the room! And of course, the staff, Angelina and Mario. Such friendly and helpful people. Thank you! You make this a complete 10 :)

We stayed in senior two bedroom suite with a private pool. Everything was perfect. The suite was impeccable, modern and clean. The pool was a great size for a suite, just enough for the two of us. Even the location is great, with a great view. There was cleaning service available every day, and each day they would replace shampoo, shower gel bottles and towels. The breakfast was different every day which was a great surprise. And above all, our perfect vacation was even better because of the staff. Angelina and Mario were the best, so helpful and kind, we’ve never seen service so perfect and welcoming. Their recommendations for the whole island always turned out to be the best. It’s deffinitely worth your money and hopefully we’ll be back on Santorini and surely we’ll stay again in Apikia.

Our suite was adjacent to reception and so could hear guests returning/having conversations with reception, which was distracting at night but ultimately quite a quiet place.

The staff were exceptional in providing the highest level of hospitality. They booked us restaurants, ATV’s, gave recommendations and made a point of asking how everything was. They provided us with a bottle of local wine on the house and also a parting gift. It is these small gestures that make your experience all the more enjoyable.

Our stay was perfect. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were always there for us and suggested attractions that were wonderful, such as the boat tour. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was adjusted because my friend has several allergies, but that wasn't an obstacle They got a varied breakfast every day. The location of the apartemen is very central. If we are in Santorini again we will definitely book a room in Apikia again and can only be recommended!! :)

Important feedback: The exit of the parking space is really dangerous. When exiting by car, as a driver you can’t see the road to the left, and it directly connects to the main road. This area definitely needs a parking mirror to prevent any potential car crashes.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in August for our honeymoon. This place is amazing, the location is great with restaurants and bars in walking distance. The views are something else from our private pool and we also had the bonus of an additional roof terrace where we watched the sunset. The room itself was stunning with loads of room and extreamly clean. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen area. If you are after a relaxing stay, this place is a must. The staff were excellent, Angelina on reception was lovely, made time to have a meeting with us and provide a map of the island with all the best places to go and see. Angelina showed us the best restaurants which Locals go to and are not over priced with lots of tourists. She also arranged a sunset cruise for us which if you come, it’s one not to be missed, we had the best day out on the boat and met new friends. The food and drink was amazing and swimming in the hot volcanic springs was an amazing experience. Marios delivered and set up our breakfast every morning on our terrace with a smile and could do enough for us, what ever you needed he was more than happy to do. Breakfast which was included in the room price was delicious and something different everyday, there was so much of it and set us up for the day. An excellent stay and we will definitely be back soon.

There really isn’t much to say.

Our room was perfect. Enough space inside and the outside was wonderful. Our room came with a beautiful private pool and we enjoyed seeing the bees, swallowtail butterflies, dragonflies, lizards and even the cute cat playing in the garden that back onto the pool. Very peaceful, stylish and tidy. The staff were super attentive, kind and generous with their time. Special shoutout to Angelina who really made our stay incredibly easy, allowing us to really just relax - she is fab!

Wonderful room and facility in a strategic location of Santorini, convenient for reaching any part of the island. Breakfast of a high standard and freshly prepared every day. The undoubtedly best thing, however, was the extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, who helped us not only with everyday needs at the hotel, but also to find the best restaurants and attractions on the island, recommending both trendy and typical places. In particular, we thank Angelina and Marios whose kindness, hospitality and professionalism made our stay perfect. We will definitely be back! ciao!

Our recent stay at Apikia Santorini was beyond perfect, and we couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Angelina, who made us feel as though we had known her for years. Her warm and inviting personality set the tone for our entire stay. Whatever we asked for, Angelina was always eager and ready to make it happen, often exceeding our expectations. Her recommendations were spot on, her kindness was genuine, and the overall communication with her and the staff was unlike anything we had ever experienced. We’ve traveled a lot, but this level of service was truly extraordinary. One of the standout features of our stay was the immaculate cleanliness of Apikia. The room was spotless upon arrival and remained so throughout our stay. What truly surprised us was when they asked if we wanted daily room service — something we had never encountered before in our previous travels. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel so pampered and cared for. Every detail was attended to, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We encountered a minor issue with the internet, but once we mentioned it, within the hour, the technician and even the manager arrived at our room to resolve the problem. Talk about exceptional service! It was unbelievable how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. Our room was like a dream. I have never slept so peacefully in my life. The mattress and pillows were thoughtfully selected, ensuring the best sleep imaginable. Every element of the room seemed carefully designed to ensure comfort and convenience – nothing was overlooked. The attention to detail was impeccable. The pool was perfect, with the right size and temperature. The manager even ensured the water was warmed due to the windy weather, so we could swim comfortably. It’s little touches like this that made Apikia feel like a home away from home. The location of Apikia is ideal – peaceful and serene but close to all the necessary amenities.
