By far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were stunning, view was amazing the atmosphere was very relaxing. Breakfast was a lovely touch being brought to our room every morning and laid out for us outside with different options every time. Staff were brilliant and even had a mini bus waiting for our return to the airport without asking. By far the best part of our trip to Santorini and so glad we booked

Guys this is the best hotel with the best staff in Santorini, we stayed there for 4 nights and everything was perfect. I can’t recommend it enough. The staff were always on standby and made us feel very welcome. The suite was even better than the photos. Amazing views, and the hot tub was terrific. Best hotel if you are a couple or a family

The outdoor tub wasn’t hot enough to use. We also didn’t like that there wasn’t a door to the shower but it’s a style/design thing

Nothing not to like

Apikia was exceptional. Love the chic design of the room including a jacuzzi and balcony to eat your breakfast with an amazing view. Exceptional customer service. It was our 1st trip in Greece and not our last. Will definitely be back Pygros is close enough and far away enough from the crowds which gives an authentic Greek experience. We took the bus which was 3 blocks away from the hotel. It was a local bus and a great experience. They only take euros no credit card as a heads up. Would definitely recommend taking the local bus. Taxis/Ubers are expensive. Taxis also only take euros no credit cards. Apikia breakfast was excellent. Such a large assortment delivered by a wonderful friendly Greek man. I forgot his name. The hotel also owns Pygros restaurant 2 blocks a way. Definitely try it. Walk to the church because it's a great view and lots of vendors to buy souvenirs at a great price. Santos winery is about 3 to 4 blocks away. Fantastic. I am a female and a woman of color and felt safe walking around the area in the morning. Literally walked 14k steps around Pygros early in the morning and it was truly one of the best walks with the view.

Despite availability of our room a late check out was not possible. I was ready for a charge but was only offered a full additional night - which makes little sense when only 5-6 additional hours are needed...

Great appartment with wide scenic views of the total island (including Caldera, but also the east side of Santorini), design/boutique approach, nice details, friendly & helping staff. For late check-out they have a small room for the luggage and showering facilities (which did not comply with the otherwise high standard of the hotel)

Cold pool - it’s unseasonably cold in Greece for June so perhaps a heated pool would have been better for when it is slightly cold. We didn’t get into the pool once it was so cold. Disappointing not to have a choice of breakfast. There is no menu, a selection is brought to you each morning. There is lots of choice provided but sometimes this wasn’t to our taste. Would have preferred a menu we could order from the night before. Also, would have liked an iron to be provided.

Beautiful and stylish rooms, large terrace with an amazing view. Perfect location within short walking distance to beautiful village of Pyrgos which is s lot less busier than Oia or Fira. One of our best hotel experiences ever. Would definately come back!

It would be nice to have a counter of some sort in the bathroom and someplace to put clothes away aside from a couple of small drawers. This isn't really a criticism, but understand that there really aren't facilities to speak of at the hotel. It was fine for us, but if you need a business center or fitness room this is not the place for you.

Beautiful small hotel right outside Pyrgos. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in the room and was almost like having a buffet on your table. Everything was delicious. The staff is fantastic- friendly and helpful, a pleasure to work with in every way. The view is fantastic.

The pool was too deep, over 6ft deep and not functional for non-swimmers. In addition the pool was too cold and the hot tub was not hot enough due to weather conditions. Maybe if they covered the hot tub it will retain the heat so we could have used it.

The location, staff, and quality of the room and amenities was awesome. Breakfast was also great.

Wish we could stayed more nights. The price may seem quite high, but considering the conditions, comparing with other prices on the island and what you receive it worth paying.

I don't know with what to start. Everything was of the highest quality: the staff, the service, the amazing suite, the outdoor terrace with hot tub. Amazing. We were received with a warm welcome, breakfast is one the best I've ever had, delicious, with a lot of options, serving something different every day. The suite has top notch amenities. The view from the terrace is great, both overlooking the sea, but Pyrgos village as well. You can witness nice sunset from terrace. There is available both a lunch and dinner menu out of which you can order, with several options, and the food is delivered and served on the terrace. They have also a local wine menu. We received everyday a different gift from the staff side. A simple gesture that makes big difference. They have parking place as well. Everything was perfect.
