Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelGreat resort for families. The main highlight - the huge aqua park with free entrance for hotel guests. Convenient to get to various parts of Corfu.

Irelandsmall selection of food, there is no activity for children in the evening, evening performances for children do not interest children at all. it is very uncomfortable on the sky terrace and in the main hall, it seems that you are sitting in a hospital reception, not a hotel environment at all. very poor communication with the city or around, half of the vacation money is spent on buses or taxis. the rooms need a lot of renovation. the choice of food for the children is very small. the only thing they eat is pizza, but the man who baked the pizzas did not allow the child to take pizzas more than twice, completely absurd, maybe then it would be worth increasing the menu for children
the only thing i liked is that they have entrance to the water park and the wave pool.

United KingdomA little thought to keeping up the cleaning at the pool area chairs/tables eating area during snack times would be helpful.
We stayed for two nights at Aqualand Resort and loved every minute! Reception was always helpful with a smile. We had a maisonette with the capability of sleeping 5 persons and what appeared to be an interconnecting door for larger family groups. Our balcony looked over the wave pool and into the slides, which was a fab view. Checkin was at 3 pm, but our room was ready by 12 noon and we were able to get started on the flumes and wave pool and eat lunch in the restaurant. The restaurant has a fabulous variety of dinners, puddings and drinks for the AI package, and with two fussy eaters, they certainly didn’t starve!! For me it was a joy not to cook and enjoy all that was on offer. If you didn’t wish to leave the poolside for lunches there is a snack bar which serves chips, cheese/ham toasties, hotdogs, some pastries and icecream. We used this twice and were really impressed. The only downside was that the seating area for eating was not kept as tidy as it should, with tables needed cleaning and chips on the floor. But we managed - and put our rubbish in the bins provided! There is also a bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks throughout alongside. The hotel area has access to a pool and the wave pool, with a locked gate separated from the flumes. This gate opens 11 - 5 pm daily, so if you want to access the park from when it opens at 1030 until close at 6, you have to walk round from reception to the main entrance. We loved all the pools and flumes and had a great time! People do go out and place towels on sunbeds; however we found there was more than enough space in the main park to find shaded areas and sunbeds galore, if you didn’t base yourself round the pool and wave pool. We would sit on sunbeds until the sun dimmed, but beware the mozzys once the dark sets in! We managed to get a late check out, which costs €60, and well worth it for late night flying, for packing and last minute showers.

United KingdomThe soft drinks and alcohol are not standard brands and are pretty disgusting. Alot of people buy their own from the shop and bring to the evening entertainment, but it's bearable for around the pool. My kids normally like Cole but wouldn't touch it so they stuck with water. Not having all inclusive in the water park is annoying. Entertainment is not great in the evening.
Water Park. Food was very good in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Much improved compared to last year.

United KingdomHotel is dated, food is a little bland. Dinner time in the main restaurant is absolute carnage, we booked the wave restaurant 3 times and ate out 3 times meaning we only have to endure the main restaurant once - maybe the hotel could introduce hourly sittings as it’s just a free for all. The sky bar could do with being updated as well but the staff make up for it all with the kids mini disco.
The resort is dated but Aqualand Waterpark makes up for it, it is clean and staff ensure everyone is safe at all times. The resorts kids club is great and the staff are fantastic with the kids. The free buses to town and the beach are helpful and worth a trip out!

United KingdomSoft drinks are not brands and whilst the lemonade is nice the coke is not. Beer is fairly light and weak. Location is away from any tourist resort or eating places so feels a bit isolated but it's fine if you're happy to chill and stay on-site. Entertainment in the evening seems to be bland. Needs more for adults and older kids. It's slightly annoying that you can't get all inclusive food/drinks in the water park, but it's not too far to walk back through the gates to get back to the hotel for lunch and snacks. If it's called aqualand hot then it should be aligned to offer the same food / drink package, otherwise it's just a hotel next to a waterpark like any other hotel. As with most all inclusive, you will get bored of eating in the same place three times a day but that's the same everywhere.
Pools were great. The water park was great. Food was really good. The girls/staff on reception were great and very helpful. Nice chilled out pool area. Air con at no extra charge is good.
