Starting to look dated in the bathrooms and in need of an upgrade. Parking near the hotel can be hard to find during busy periods. As is the case for a number of Greek hotels, that use coffee machines at breakfast, the coffee was not good.

Convenient for walking to the temple and well away from the noisier main roads. Very good service from reception and from the breakfast lady.

The room was not clean, we found hair in the beds. The bathroom was old and basic. The receptionist in the morning was cold and borderline rude.

The location is perfect as it is walking distance from Delphi. The view was stunning from my room. The first receptionist who welcomed us in the evening was professional, helpful and welcoming.

The staff wasn´t able or didn´t want to answer the most basic questions such as how to go to Arachova from there. Every time I made a question in English I was ignored and the answer to my question was given to my friend in Greek without any kind of explanation to me. It was very poor manners and clearly someone should teach that receptionist what customer service is.

Bathroom - very tiny shower (I'm a small woman and I didn't have space to kneel down to pick up the soap); hard to manage the shower; hand-held shower hose, but the bracket to hold it didn't work, so had to try to shower with one hand holding the hand-held. Poor lighting, not enough hooks or towel bars. Room was very small -- which was OK, but it was hard to find places to put one's stuff -- and as a result, hard to stay organized. Breakfast not very good. Lots of unhealthy bread, cookies, donuts. Fruit cocktail mix from a can. Only protein: hard-boiled egg, & Greek yogurt (which is always good!)

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. We appreciated that our request for extra pillows was accommodated; also glad to have 2 extra blankets, since weather was rainy and cool. Great job on providing conveniently-located bedside plugs for electronic devices. Wifi good too. Staff were always pleasant and when asked, provided helpful information on restaurants, directions to Delphi Site.

I was told there were taxis at the bus stop, they must have all been busy. It's quite a hike with luggage and no directions (I have no data, offline maps didn't help much). Luckily, a super kind bartender asked a friend to give me a ride to the hotel because I had my luggage. It might be helpful to perhaps give written walking directions from the bus stop on reservations? The room was teeny tiny and it had the strangest bath tub-literally a half bath. I'm sure there's a reason why... but from looking at it from a design prespective, looks like there's room for a full bath there. Maybe something is under the space? Maybe it is meant to be a step in shower?

The view is spectacular!! It's easy to walk to the archeological site from the hotel.
