The apartment was perfectly clean, there is everything you need, the modern greek style of the apartment is wonderful. The position is perfect, 1 minute from Oia main shopping street, but two levels down, so privacy was excellent and the view of the sea as well. The pool is perfect, water is warm, and the sun is present front the morning up to 6 pm. When arrived a basket of fruit, wine, water and everything we need was in the apartment. In the morning they bring you a breakfast very rich and with excellent quality. But what made our vacation really perfect was Matheo. He helps me on everything, restaurants booking, journey on the sea, booking of scooter , handling the baggages up and down the apartment,and any small thing I need. The day of my wife's birthday, he made a surprise on the room with flowers, balloons, petals on the floor and a champagne on the ice. What you can perceive is that he makes all this from the heart. He was just fantastic!! One of our best vacation . Strongly recommended!!!!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Perfect location in Oia, the cave is beautiful with all the amenities you could want including wine, fruit and local snacks and of course the pool and the view. Breakfast delivered to your door and eating and having your coffee with the most amazing view. The staff is awesome and schedules your dinners, excursions, carries your bags up and down the steps. We were really sad to go home after this!!

We had the perfect stay at Aristos Life Luxury Cave Villas, the accommodation was exactly as on the pictures, absolutely clean. We loved the fruit plate, coffee, wine and water included in the room rate. The breakfast was not five-star, but it was great to have it on the terrace while relaxing in the whirlpool, simply great. Despite the central area, the room was absolutely quiet, with not too many people passing by, absolutely clean and cosy. We have enjoyed the stay very much, also thanks to Matheo, who took really good care of us. 100 % recommended, a once- (or twice :-)) life-time experience.

A few negatives: Most of these are not fixable--they are just things you need to know. We had never stayed in Santorini before, but most of the cave hotels require you to walk down a lot of uneven steps without railings. If you have any sort of physical challenges, this is extremely difficult. That is not unique to this hotel. Second, there is a step down when you walk from the bedroom into the bathroom. It is easy to forget about it. We left the light on and the door closed so we would remember. Third, these plunge pools are right on top of each other, so there really is no privacy. The one negative that is fixable is the breakfast. There were not a lot of choices, but more importantly, it was delivered to us in cardboard takeout boxes each day. With the price we were paying, we would have expected food on glass/china plates brought to our room like room service. Instead the cardboard boxes were dumped on a table outside our room. We did see nearby cave villa people receiving their breakfasts on china with servers delivering the meals.

The room was impeccable. It looked exactly like the pictures. We loved everything about it. The location could not be beat. 5 minutes to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The host was incredible. He contracted us before our stay to give us places to eat and other ideas. He was also available by WhatsApp anytime we needed him.

Everything was great!

Breakfast was good. Location was superb. Overlooking the sea from the patio and the hot tub. Central location to everything in the village Oia and right next to a blue dome and scenic spot to take pictures.

Breakfast was the greatest not a fan for the restaurant they use but the host is very attentive in getting you what you want from their menu and having it there at the exact time of your choosing.

Location was amazing! Right by one of the blue dooms. Not to far from the sunset area. Exceptional views. Very private and not much foot traffic. We went then it was chilly out and the hot tub was the next option since most hotels are only plunge pools

Our host, Matteo, was exceptional, really helpful and made our stay wonderful. We were celebrating my birthday and couldn't have found a better place to do so. The villa is outstanding, sparkling clean, comfortable bed, great shower, good hot tub and all the accommodation exceeded our expectation.

Our host, Matteo truly made our week in Santorini a dream in every way. From booking to departure, he was exceptional - outstanding communication, beyond helpful booking our dinner reservations and excursions, incredibly knowledgeable about all things Santorini. I have been to this island 3 times and of course it is gorgeous and magical! We stayed in Aristos Villa #2 with the outdoor hot tub, and it was a 10 in every way. Sparkling clean, welcome baskets of food and wine, a perfectly equipped little kitchen, comfy bed, great bed linens, and great shower products. Breathtaking views and such a peaceful terrace for breakfast and afternoon cocktails! It is hard to find the words to adequately thank Matteo for his stellar treatment of us from the moment we arrived. He is the gold standard in hospitality, work ethic, and the personal touch. A perfect week in every way...

First the stuff is really helpful and friendly. Mateo replys my request always in the seconds, and thanks again for moving 2 big suitcases up and down. The hotel location is perfect, just few meters away from the main street of the Oia town, so it is easy to walk to the nice restaurant to enjoy nice view and food! At the same time it also keeps the nice distance with all the tourists, we spend some time in the room balcony, and it is nice and quite. The room decorated with clean white typical sentorini cave style which exactly I am looking for. When we arrived, the room has fruits, snacks and wine prepared for us as complimentary. It was very sweet! We had really great holiday here and a definitely a recommendation for others who are looking for great time is Sentorini.

We liked everything. But if you want more private place, you have keep in kind, that there are many tourists going forwars and back to see white houses on the hills. But for us it wasn’t a problem.

The interior is excellent. The view from vila is amazing in the morning and evening any time. The manager of Vila Matheo is incredible helpful, attentive and proudly local.
