I would say only downfall was the shower curtain. We were a little disappointed that booking.com pictures showed a glass door but we still had a shower curtain.

The pool at sea was just amazing! Sunbeds available all day. Everyday something different at the buffets. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was also very impressed by the Astir Entertainment team! They did a great job at organizing the evening entertainment in the theatre. The all inclusive was very good, most cocktails included and soft drinks were brand drinks. All the staff was so helpful and friendly. We had a problem with getting a taxi from Kos town back to the resort (we were already waiting for 2 hours). After desperately calling the reception of Astir Odyseuss if they could do anything, a taxi arrived 15 minutes later to drive us back to the resort. We were so relieved and happy that they solved it. I would definitely go back here! It deserves nothing less than a 10!

we had an ant issue in our room the first night only 2 hours after checking in. the hotel was able to move us to a different room for the duration of our stay and we’re very helpful as well

The staff is exceptional here. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and gracious through the duration of our stay. any questions we had or minor inconveniences were met with their awesome hospitality. They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. there were a lot more families than expected but some pools are tucked away where you can lounge in quiet

Our stay was superb. The things we liked most are: awesome sunset, amazingly friendly staff, very clean accommodation, proper food, and nice-smelling flowers everywhere.

It was too windy during our stay (both day and night), we (and the rest of the hotel guests) couldn't swim in the sea which is usually rough nor enjoy the beach full of rocks (I am aware it has a protected status) and not really accessible with a baby/child. The wind was usually so strong we had to find shelter to avoid headache. It is a shame that the beach is practically not useable. Also the sunbeds in some of the pools and beach are very old and not comfortable, not really 5-star level.

Great and tasty selection of foods, very clean rooms with a nice view of the pool. Nice hotel with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere overall.

Staff is occasionally not really friendly. At the beach it is not easy to enter into the sea as there are many stones. A couple of meters more inside the water there is sand, but you have to reach it first. The dress code for buffet dinner is exaggerated and shall be casual.

Sea was terrible not possible to swim, Not possible to sleep because grass trim machines are starting very early. Breakfast was very week.

The airconditioning is a disaster. Room does not cool down below 26 degrees, even if the airconditioning is on full power day and night. Not acceptable for a five star hotel. We changed rooms and it was the case in both rooms.

Great staff, very friendly from reception to restaurants to bars. Rooms are clean and buffet is of a good quality.

1: Closing the pool at 6PM is crazy in a place like this 2: They have a dress code at the buffet, which makes it really not comfortable 3: The woman and a bald guy guarding the restaurant like shepherd dogs and they were really rude 4: They're treating their own employees really bad The woman and a bald guy from the restaurant 5: 80% of the food was like fast food, not really good 6: The spa is very uncomfortable because some of the workers are pushing really hard to get an appointment, plus the masseur made me really uncomfortable with some of his actions 7: The room in the pictures was modern and nice, but the actual room was old and used 8:The guy from the car rental place should not work with people and not do any service for guest 9:!!!!!!JUST LOOK AT THEY REPLY, THEY JUST IGNORED MY REAL PROBLEM, WHICH WAS THE ROOM, NOT THE OTHER STUFF. INSTEAD OF OWNING UP TO THEIR MISTAKE, THEY'RE JUST BLAMING ME, WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The ants in the room and bathroom was nonstop. The beds were not comfortable at all which was surprising for the $500/night price. Finally, the food was not that great. You could tel they were repurposing a lot of the food from dinner to lunch the next day.

Location, the pools, the kids facilities and the room size was great. We also had a sharing pool right outside our room which was amazing!!

we only ate breakfast in the property but we found the food to be lacklustre. the room and facilities are comfortable but the main bed was two twin beds pushed together for two adults. eventually they put a topper on to help the beds stay together. the beach at the hotel is very narrow and full of rocks

great staff especially the kids club and the animation team naomi and chiara a short drive to fabulous restaurants and beautiful Tigaki beach. my kids loved the nightly show and begged to come in from dinner early.

No English TV channels apart from the news. Music is the pool bar/restaurant was too load and could not be turned down by staff.

Clean, relatively modern and well furnished and considered layout with ample outdoor pool facilities to ensure guests do not feel cramped even when the hotel is full. Good entertaining in the evenings and really helpful staff. Overall this creates a positive and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

There was nothing to really complain about, but the hotel does not really meet the standards of a 5 star luxury property that it is sold as. Food choices while plentiful were not great on quality and al-la carte options very limited. There was a lot that was not included in the all-inclusive, which is odd. Not convinced of the value for money or that the cost is reflected in the experience.

The property is large and very nice, Well maintained and the staff in general were very nice. Clean , lots of pools and not crowded, so there always place around the pool. The beach is small but adequate.

the all inclusive package is not worth it , it’s not really all inclusive for example they only offer limited alcohol drinks , water down cocktails and bad beer and if you want the good stuff then you need to pay extra which sucks can’t order snacks while laying on the sun beds limited entertainment
