Located right next to the street with many shops and bars, this hotel was a beautiful stay, I booked the place with balcony!:) Also the manager and the people that work there are amazing and helpful! Greetings to everyone!

The room and balcony view allowed us to be in the heart of Athens. All major attractions were walkable. The staff were the friendliest and so incredibly helpful. I very highly recommend this place as we'll be sure to come back.

It‘s rather noisy, but what would you expect in the center? Just make sure to take earplugs with you if you have a rather light sleep ;)

It‘s definitely good value for money. The location in Monastiraki is perfect, the staff is friendly & helpful and it‘s overall very clean.

Air conditioning needs must be improved it did not cool the room in day time but did manage to cool the room at night time. There’s no shade to the large window doors to the balcony only heavy drapes that absorb heat. It is something they can easily replace and thus the room will not be so hot in the day time. The title presidential does not do it justice. It is a very nice suite with great staff and good atmosphere. The hotel is built over a restaurant (where breakfast is served).

The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. They really do the best to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. The location is excellent, walking distance from most touristic attractions and right on Ermou shopping street. Still it was quiet enough with windows closed. The room was spacious and fits for a couple with 1 child (but not more). Breakfast offered large portions and tasty simple food. They make great Greek coffee traditional style. The atmosphere is warm and the room was nicely decorated. Balcony overlooking the city and with nice Acropolis view (not directly from the room only from the balcony).

Room was a bit small.

The staff was very accommodating and professional, especially Laprina at the front desk. We stayed in room 401, and it was a little small, but very comfortable. The attached restaurant, Greco Project was great...good food at fair prices.

Room much larger and nicer than expected. Cute balcony, no view of acropolis but fun to watch the street and church nearby. Very good location. Staff was available for us to check in around midnight. Would definitely stay again.

It can be a little loud at night since folks are out past 2am sometimes. However, if you are a heavy sleeper like myself you will be okay.

Noise from outside at night was a tad bit annoying, soundproofing could be a bit better. I’m not someone who’s particular about noise at night so it wasn’t too big of a problem for me! Just a small tip for those who need absolute silence to sleep.

Location is prime, less than 10 mins walk away from the Monastiraki station and walking distance to several prominent sights! Room was exceptional, clean, modern, chic. Ours had a balcony which was wonderful when it was sunny. Breakfast was superb!

The hotel is very central and very closed to the touristic places. There are many terraces &restaurants around. The room is not luxurious but has all you need (including a balcony)) The staff is very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The rooms were not spacious, although the showers were large enough. We were four adults in the family suite which was definitely not ideal - the sofa bed was so uncomfortable as you could feel the springs and the width and length were not enough for average sized people. We asked reception to add an extra mattress and they arranged for the addition of a foam layer but didn’t really make a difference. We don’t believe that it should be advertised for fitting 4 adults. For the presidential suite, if there is two of you it’s ideal but the extra bed is a camp bed and not really comfortable (much better than the sofa bed in the family room). However have in mind that the presidential suite is accessed by the lift directly and there is some noise at night from it.

Very clean and extremely friendly staff. The location is ideal for restaurants and night outs, as well as shopping in the daytime. The rooms have a/c which is relatively silent, they offer comfy bath robes and slippers, as well as luxurious vanity sets. The views from the presidential suite were amazing and you could see the Parthenon on the side. The curtains were also smart with remote controls and there were extra blinds in the family suite.

Since the hotel is in the city center, there is also a lot of noise. The church bells were the most annoying, because the windows of the hotel are quite "thin" and you can hear everything. The room has electric blinds and electric curtains, which means that you cannot regulate them yourself, especially the curtains - they are either open or completely darkened. If you don't close the curtains completely, the illuminated sign from the neighboring store shines and flashes into your room all night, which was a little annoying in our case. The hotel is advertised as luxury, but I wouldn't rate it as such. There are really more basic things in the room. The mattress on the double bed was very soft. There were also two children in the room with us, who were sleeping on the couch, which creaked abnormally and we slept very badly. The price is too high for what you get.

The hotel has very good location, it is in walking distance to practically all attractions. Breakfast is very good, you can choose anything from the menu they have. The staff is really very friendly. We celebrated our anniversary and they brought a cake to our room as a surprise, which is really very nice of them.

the cleanliness. Luckily was only there for 12 hours between flights or I would have asked to leave. every corner was dark, dirty and surfaces were dusty, i was absolutely not walking on the floor barefoot. I have photos if need be.

If I had to say something that I did not like it would be that the rooms were a abit small and very standard basic type considering the price . Tiny lift.

Great location and service by the staff. Nothing was too hard and they were always happy to assist with enquiries, transfers and restaurant recommendations. Good breakfast at cafe downstairs. We stayed 1 night here. Central to everything.

The elevator is ridiculously small and inconvenient to operate. Mainly, however, is that a flashing neon sign from a nearby Adidas store flashes all night disrupting the ability to sleep.

Very same elevator made it difficult for more than one person and luggage to use. Wound up walking up/down three flights each day. Staff though was very helpful though in bringing our luggage up and down.
