No balcony, ground floor so not much light and restricted privacy when curtains are open, humidity because of the trees in the area (there is an air conditioner which helps with that)

The best about the apartment is its central location - in front of Acropolis hill, with an access to the roof-top with an amazing view. Plus in the evenings it is possible to watch movies on open air cinema from above. Apartment is spacious, clean, with washing machine, cooking facilities, big bathroom. The host was kind to answer all our questions quickly.

The host was very kind. 2 large rooms had air conditioning. The bathroom was nice, with a washing machine. The neighborhood is very nice. The view from the roof is beautiful.

the wifi was poor :( also dont forget to turn the hot water switch on bc we had no hot water for a while! the owner should explain everything but bc we dropped our luggage off we didnt get to hear that.

We had a great time in the apartment! It was perfect for our four-day stay (we could have easily staid there for a few months). The size of the place, the furnishings, the terrace, and the location were all just what we wanted. We'll definitely be back to Athens and we'll know where to go!

The owner was very difficult to reach and contact with. Getting the keys was really complicated, as there was a lack of information regarding getting them. For a moment, we worried we would not be able to get into the room, which was not pleasant as we arrived tired and with luggage.

Towels were not fresh, insufficient toilet paper, host was inflexible about our leaving our luggage prior to check-in, meanwhile staff confirmed it was feasible.

Would not recommend for over two travellers. We had three and I had to sleep on the sofa bed and it was the worst sleep of my life. Bed/couch is hard as a rock and would not wish that upon my worst enemy. Also, the host was slow at responding or just didn’t respond at all. We messaged him for the wifi and he never responded. Luckily we were only there for one night.

The location is phenomenal. The neighbourhood is so fun and lively. There’s a million restaurants to choose from and you’re right at the Acropolis. The rooftop patio is amazing. Not only do you have an insane view of Athens, but it also overlooks the outdoor cinema so you can watch a movie for free!

Everything else. From poorly maintained property. Very poor WiFi with literally no connection. Unclean sinks to washing machine and to stained sofa. The electric mains kept tripping constantly. Ripoff for the property. The property could be in much better condition for the amount charged.

The wifi signal was a little weak and disconnected every now and then. This didn't bother me, but the kids sure noticed...

Had a layover in Athens and decided to stay the day. The app said the apartment was available, I got there at 10:00 but had to wait until 15:00 - that's super late for check-in. Came at 15:00, waited outside, and the owner arrived at 16:45 (!!!!!!) to open the door. (said he was locked out of the app, but if you know you have guests, just come there and wait! What do you need the app for?) The people at the shop tried calling him but his phone was dead too. By the time he finally arrived, I was cold, tired, and upset - my day in Athens got ruined. Charged me the entire price. Of course. But! for the checkout, they were very punctual... If he hadn't ruined my stay in Athens so poorly, I would have rated this place a 6. Great location and well equipped but it's literally ground zero, you can hear everything from the outside like it's inside your house. Poor wifi. Expensive. Zero availability. Late check-in. Will never book again.
