The noise from the street could be a factor, but you get what you sign up for so just be aware! Also, I booked this hotel due to the rooftop restaurant, but was NOT notified that it was under construction during our stay. So that was disappointing. Maybe provide a note to the guests beforehand next time. The hole in the bathroom mirror was plugged with tissue... which looked really gross and unsanitary.

Loved the location- it's right outside the popular Ermou shopping street. Literally right in the middle of the action. The view of the Parthenon from our room was really great as well. The room was clean & bed was comfy. Everyone was super friendly. Lots of positives for this hotel! Would stay again.

Classic room could have at least one small wardrobe or drawers. Lighting needed above the dressing mirror. No staircase so need to depend on the lift even if one can climb down to start one’s day quickly. But these points are outweighed by the positive points stated above, I would stay here again.

The reason I would come back would be Aggelos and team who are extremely friendly and helpful. These young people working so well are an inspiration to young people across the world. Cleanliness. Towels can be changed as often as liked and toiletries supplied adequately. One litre water supplied daily in the fridge was very handy. Perfect location for sightseeing. The highlight was the view of the Acropolis from the window.

The bathroom was very tight due to the large door opening into the bathroom. It would work much better with an outswing door. The half open shower tended to let water spill out on the floor. The location is very hard to get to by cab during normal hours as the street is closed to traffic.

Breakfast was fine. The "Fee Drink" was misleading. No choice of drink believe that Sangria was what was offered. If that is all you want to spend, make it a discount on a real drink.

Elevator gets a little busy at peak periods in the morning breakfast time, so plan a little extra time.

Right on the walking street. So close to everything. Restaurant was amazing for breakfast, drinks, and dinner. The view of the Acropolis from the room and the restaurant were amazing.

The location of the property is wonderful, the rooms with a view of the Acropolis, right on the Ermou street, close to the bars n restaurants. The staff is very helpful.

Room was bit smaller than we thought as it was a Junior suite, also a step down from one level ( where bed is) to other level which is quite hazardous if you forget it is there- (especially during night-) or are elderly with mobility problems. Should be a permanent strip light there to remind during night there is a step there! But in general very comfortable and heating system was excellent. The lift holds maximum 3 persons too and this meant we sometimes had to wait a while to get to top floor for breakfast as many people wanted to use it at the same time. We were not told either that the part of Ermou where hotel is located has no vehicle access during gesture opening hours so Taxi driver took a long time to work this out and then had to carry our suitcases about 50meters to get to hotel entrance

Wonderful staff- could not have been more helpful and location of hotel first class.- we were able to walk to all major places we wanted to go to. The views of main sites are also amazing - we watched fireworks around Acropolis & Syntagma square all from the room on New Year’s Eve - amazing views which cancelled out any defects of the room/ hotel! Heating system also was excellent and room well equipped.

The hotel is placed perfectly in the middle of Athens, which gives easy access to the most important historical and shopping sites. The staff is amazing and friendly, and is willing to help with any request. The rooms are perfectly cleaned and have all the necessities you might need. I'd like to specifically mention the restaurant staff's amazing attitude. The blonde woman (I don't know her name) who works there greeted us with a warm smile every morning and made us feel like home. The food was great and looked very appealing, and the view to Acropolis from the restaurant's window was very meditating. We will gladly return here in our next trip. Highly recommended.

Location, location location!! In the center of attractions of interest (Ermou market, Syntagma, Monastiraki, metro stations etc), you don't lose time, crucial for a 5 day trip. Breathtaking Acropolis breakfast view to start your day. 24/7 assistane if needed. Magnificent friendly people (not just stuff) welcoming you in the front desk and the breakfast area. clean 100%, a magnificent experience WILL come back. Happy New Year.
