Everything was great. Probably the best option in Santorini. Let's start with Dimitris and Panos (father & son) who run this hotel in such a friendly way. We felt at home after one minute. Great surprise with the room : it's like a 2-stories apartment, super clean, well decorated and so convenient ! Breakfast was excellent, always served on time (like a Swiss clock!), pool area is so nice and clean. And since the hosts are so kind and attentive, all the guests were super relaxed and friendly, which gave a great atmosphere. Another thing : the hotel is perfectly located, almost "in the middle" of the Island, very convenient to go everywhere. The parking spots are 10 meters to the room entrance, which makes everything super comfortable. We'll come back for sure. Please don't raise the prices because this ratio quality for price was excellent.

The apartment hotel is small and intimate, run by a father and son who are always on hand. They designed and had the buildings built to their design and they all overlook the central swimming pool and bar area which is peaceful and calm. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with private dip pools or jacuzzis. The small kitchen is well equipped and whilst we didn’t cook during our stay, we did make extra teas/coffees and keep drinks in the fridge. Comfortable and spacious beds, a nice communal area to sit together and an upstairs terrace to sit and watch the sunrise! The breakfast provided was always plentiful and delicious - delivered to your door and something we looked forward to each morning; always included some variation of eggs, bread, pastries, pancakes, fruit and yoghurt. Definitely recommend car hire from here, as Mesaria isn’t necessarily a village to explore or stay in.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who immediately made us feel at home with their friendly and familial approach. They are incredibly kind and always ready to assist or provide tips about the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The location is also perfect: centrally located yet peaceful, making it the ideal base to explore the surroundings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and hospitable place to stay.

The service was amazing. It was like a family away from home. The owner was absolutely helpful and ensured that we were always taken care of! Basically, they helped plan the trip for me. They arranged transfer service, which were just as professional and helpful.

You probably need a car to stay here; we had one. It is walking distance to Mesaria where you'll find lots of restaurants and some shops, but without a car, one would have to fork out a lot on taxis to get around the island, as it's not on the main bus routes.

A beautiful property, very stylishly decorated, lovely pool, yummy breakfast. Panos and Dimitri have thought of everything a guest would need. They were kind and happy to organise tours and book restaurants for us. The two maids were super friendly too. We can't wait to go back!

Nothing, everything was just as we needed.

Both the hotel and our room was perfect. The shared pool was always quiet and having our own smaller pool allowed us to spend hours relaxing in private. The breakfast was brought to our room each morning and was first rate. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces and nothing was too much trouble.

the Hotel was conveniently located 10 mins from the airport by taxi and 10 mins from the Town Fira. It’s small retreat style accommodation quiet with beautiful styled modern Greek influenced design. The staff & Owner were super helpful kind and considerate.
