Beautiful sea view. Steps away from the beach and the center. Pamma is very welcoming and kind. He picked us up from the airport and then upon departure his staff took us to the port. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the room!

Super close to the town while away from the busy streets, great sunset view and lots of natural light. Rooms were big and clean, Bathroom was nice with all the necessary toiletries. There's a small store below which was convenient, and the hotel owners also rent out bikes and atvs. The airport pickup was great as well (and free)! They offer both airport pick up and drop off.

The accomadation is not including the breakfast, it would be pefect if they have. The location is wonderful, the service is quite good, we were picked up at airport when we arrived and dropped off at the ferry. There is a shop nearby, you can get some snacks there. We had good time.

The location was great! The view from the balcony was wonderful. The owner was very accommodating with a lift to the ferry port and the opportunity to hire an ATV from him for a fairly good price.

Our stay at Bay View Residence was absolutely fabulous. The room was fantastic with stunning views of the sea and the sunset. Watching the sunset from the room and the balcony was an incredible experience! The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable, beyond our expectations. The room and the bathroom are very spacious and well organised, providing everything needed for a very enjoyable holiday. One of the best hotel rooms! The staff was very accommodating, providing us with green tea on request, tips about the island, and conplimentary airport transfers even though my friend and I had different flying schedules. Having easy acces to the market on site made our trip easier. The hotel is conveniently close to the city centre, restauransts, the shopping area, and the Fabrika bus stop with buses towards different beaches in Mykonos, yet away from the noise and crowds. There is also a beach just a few steps away. Overall, it was an incredible experience and we'd love to go back to Bay View Residence!

LOCATION + VIEWS were the highlight of our stay. Only a short 10 minute walk to Mykonos town/little Venice making it incredibly easy to go out every night for dinner/bar hopping. Street is well lit by nearby hotels and other lights. Was also very convenient to be able to walk only a short distance to catch a taxi/bus. The views were also BREATHTAKING so I found myself outside every morning. There is also a little store on the first floor with cheaper prices than the town and the owner also has ATVs you can rent from him! All in all, I am so glad we stayed here. Not having to find transportation into town was probably the best part but paired with its views, cleanliness and kind staff, we would definitely be back

-Views from the room just can’t be more impressive. -Location 8mins to main street but away from loud party. -Service extremely welcoming, incl. free-of-charge pickup. -Sanitary, incl.bathroom is of high standard quality. Totally worth the price and 10 out of 10 from my experience!

The hotel behind the building played very loud music until the early hours of the morning and as the building is on the main road we were disturbed all night by people walking home from their night out! Would be fine if you’re out partying but reconsider if you want something more peaceful.

The view from the room is the highlight of the property. We just chilled on the balcony with wine the night we stayed and it was a perfect view for sunset. A short 10 minute walk from the centre of Mykonos and the bus station. The apartment is spacious and feels very new and clean. There was lots of storage space for clothes and luggage. It’s beautifully decorated and the bed was comfy. We also hugely appreciated the complimentary collection and drop off service from the airport/port. Ideal for a short stay in Mykonos so you can see the town and get in and away fast.

The room is just like what the photos presents. And the location is the best. Easily walking distance to the town. If you carry a big luggage, you can reach the hotel easily via taxi or car. Special thanks to the owner. He helped me when I suddenly found I lost my passport. This is a warm and relaxing hotel.

Found a few insects in the room. The walk to the town is along a road with no footpath, and drivers aren't very considerate to those walking.

Unfortunately there is no possibility of having breakfast .itis a very small hotel, there is only one machine to make coffee in the room .I suggest bringing a torch because the road to the city is not lit and there is no sidewalk.in any case good location.we would like to stay more time.maybe next year...

Beautiful location, very spacious room with three windows and a balcony with a wonderful view in front of the sea , the furniture new and fashionable, bathroom quite large with everything you needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. They came to pick us up at the port and accompanied us for free to the airport. very close to the city but in a quiet residential area facing the beach
