Excellent property located in a safe quiet area with ocean views. Community areas like their kitchen, dining area, work areas and outdoor deck were nice to meet other travelers and relax. Beautiful and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of fridge space. Room was small but had everything we needed. Good stay overall. Beach is right in-front. Not really swimmable but that didn’t matter to us. Would stay again.

The bedroom door and the bathroom door didn’t have locks. There were cameras in the hallway and safety was never a problem, but locks would be nice. Also, the bathroom only had a small glass shelf, no hooks or bars to hang things.

Comfy beds, clean bathroom, nice host, safe location. This was my first hostel experience and my first time traveling alone so I was a little nervous but everything worked out well. I only wished my trip was longer.

Very friendly and helpful host. Great location and facilities for the price. Only used it as a stop off for one night between ferries to the islands but it would be great for a longer stay due to the kitchen and outdoor spaces etc.

The cleaning of the shower was not good. The facilities were nice and well maintained, yet there was no atmosphere to integrate with other travellers. There is a big room with multiple chairs like for a restaurant, no music and a boy playing all the time in front of the tv.

Location in front of the sea is amazing. There is a supermarket close by. The building has direct access to the pebble beach. The kitchen is well equipped.

The location is great, close to the center to catch boats and close to the marinas to visit. The bus leaves 3 minutes away and runs every hour. The Bedwave SeasideMansion is truly incredible, unbelievable in reality. Well organized, clean, everything works perfectly. The view is beautiful, facing an island, where you can go down the stairs and stay there as long as you want. It's really worth it for those who are staying for a short or long term. The owners are incredible, and super welcoming, they gave us tips on where to visit and how to get there. Thank you to the couple for their love and welcome. We will be back for sure!

There were no downsides to this property, whatsoever. It could easily be converted into a chic and more expensive hotel .

This is an absolute gem of a property It’s family run It is literally a seaside mansion overlooking the ocean. This is a very clean and modern building with a very relaxed vibe .

If you do not book through booking but pay onside they may forget to register you. Always confirm on reception that you will stay at the same bed if you plan to extend your vacation.

I loved the mansion, the kitchen is great, it has a lot of spots to relax and a great seaview.

The accommodation is very nice, clean and roomy. There is a large kitchen and common rooms. The terrace is also large, so everyone can find their peace here. The biggest advantage for us was the beach, which is right next to the accommodation and very convenient on hot days. It is part of Votsalakia beach, but most people are in the middle, so several times we had the entire beach under the accommodation to ourselves. The place has also a good location, by walk it is - bus stop 5 min, grocery store 5 min, tram stop that stops by the beaches 15 min. There is also a parking space here. The owners are very nice and accommodating. They are present during the stay, which facilitates any arrangement and ensures a sense of security. Another pleasure was the opportunity to meet other guests and spend a nice time together. We rate the stay very positively and we are happy for choosing this stay. Anna and Michaela

this hotel has an extremely large terrace where you go out in the evening and see the sea and a beautiful view of some part of the city, I also really liked that they have a lot of seats on the terrace. In my opinion, one of the best things for me was that you could smoke there

There was a cockroach in the bathroom and so many mosqitous.

The hostel izself is great! You have a kitchen and a fridge. The beach is right under. The outside terrace is outstanding!

Everything was amazing. It was the first time what we stayed in a hostel, but I think this was more better than 4stars hotel. The view fromt the room( with double beds for pairs) was the best what we ever had and we travel a lot and we had many. So i think that everybody should visit this place. Sofia is sooo nice, we felt like at home.Thank you.

Oh wow, at first I thought the price must be wrong for the fabulous location and views! Situated right next door to the yacht club, the sea was just a few meters away with stunning views of the harbour and a small island. Not just that but the staff were amazing too, so helpful with everything I asked and super helpful with my excess luggage. The facilities were amazing too, and even though it was a 6 female room I only ended up sharing with one other girl so I mostly had the whole room to myself. I will for sure be back, thank you Sophia, you and your home are such a blessing to those who are on a tight budget but still like something fabulous! 😍

Everything was fine :)

We booked a couple’s bed on a shared room and it was a good experience. The view from the room was awesome (a tinny small rock island on the sea) and the location is really cool since it’s just a 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars right at the beach. Personal was really nice and helpfull with local recommendations. We couldn’t enjoy more of this nice spot because of our express stay but the kitchen looked pretty well too. It’s 30 minute walk from Piraeus port and worth it’s price.
