The staff weren't super helpful with advice on tours or things to do around Athens. Actually, zero help! But they were friendly enough. There weren't any non-smoking communal areas to meet other travellers. The rooms at the front were really noisy, and for the first couple of nights, they were smelly from the garbage bins below. Easy fix by shutting the windows and putting on AC. But not everyone likes AC...

It was in a great location near the metro station, and some good convenience stores. There was an amazing Souvla restaurant across the road. The room and beds were clean

Common are without Restroom. They have 1 restroom for staff but no allown to guests. Before check in and after check out, I want change my clothers but can not

Very detailed check in communication from the staff! All common areas, sitting area outside, toilets and kitchen were incredibly clean! They even offer a laundry service for 5 euros as long as you aren't checking out the next day. The place is really close to the metro. Acropolis is just one station away!

the terrace open 24/7 and the kitchen, the beds are so big and comfortable. they can store your bags for free but you have to lock it but generally it is so safe there. the location is great

I cannot find anything I didn’t like….. for a hostel it’s a really good value for money. It’s also 1 minute away from the underground… so, even thought it’s not located in the main centre, you can get to there by public transport so fast and cheap.

The cleanliness and slight privacy thanks to the curtains. But also the inclusion to a WhatsApp group with the other guests… I reckon it’s a brilliant idea. Thanks for everything.

There weren’t enough soap so i had to buy from outside. Also you should tell about the other guests that they should be quiet during night time. Woke up many times during night.

The staff was very polite and helpful, it was also very clean. The location is perfect like a 2 min walk from Neos Kosmos metro station. For us budget travellers i think it might be the best choice in Athens. Met a few nice people too.

Rooms not locking was a bit strange, but apart from that all good!

Comfy beds, liked the little outside space and balcony with a view! Locker and padlock included. Close to metro/tram and some nice cafes, bars and bakeries around too

The elevator is switched off from late evening till the morning. Hence, if you have heavy luggage its quite a struggle to carry it up and down. There is no bathroom on the 4th floor, so you have to go to the 3rd or 2nd floor for it. However, there are enough bathrooms on those floors and they are clean. They have a communication policy via Whatsapp or Email only, no telephone calls. I personally prefer having a quick call rather than leaving everything to messages. However, the team did reply to all queries on Whatsapp.

The hostel is extremely close to the Metro station (barely 1 mins walk) which is 2 stops away from the main area of Athens. It also has a few bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket a minute away. Because the hostel is not in the main area it is also considerably cheaper than other hostels. I would rate the location 9/10. In the dormitory, I liked that each bunk bed had privacy curtains. My dormitory room was located on the top floor, so we had a large balcony as well. My room had glass sliding doors, so there was ample sunlight, which was very welcome. They also give you a fresh sheet to cover your bed and a blanket, which makes it feel fresh.

There is not soap or shampoo in cabins of bahroom as normal hostels. Another important point is rooms are narrow and can not move easily.

I like the common room and the shared kitchen the facilites are full equipped and clean. The dorm overall was clean but sometimes there are smells from shoes and clothes' guests. I love that this hostel has laundry and I love the staffs especially for divitri (if I'm not mistaken) she incredibly helpful and friendly!

One of the showers on my floor had only extremely hot water and it was hard to find a good temperature.

Great location, super easy to get to the metro and the tram. The contact with the staff is done mostly on whatsapp, which is very practical. Clean bed and sheets, big bathroom, nice and well equipped kitchen.

I liked how the staff was accommodating and was chill during my stay. Fast replies to my inquiries as well. The location was very convenient as someone who prefers to commute.
