The property was in a central location and the view from our balcony was amazing! The room reflected its 4 star rating - it was clean and had everything we needed, including room service. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of foods and was delicious and was served by the sparkling pool area with views of the blue Aegean Sea and surrounding islands. The staff were so polite and helpful.

Everything is excellent.

Belvedere suites are awesome. We booked a seaside view room. It was just fabulous. The suite was huge and spacious. Every suite had their own balcony. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. They helped to put our luggage in our room. We loved our stay.

Possibly consider solar heating for the pool

The beautiful Belvedere Suites are in a fabulous location with amazing views; plus a cluster of good restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The á lá carte breakfast is plentiful with a wide range of options and the choice of eating by the pool or in your room is a bonus. All the staff are pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful and go the extra mile to assist the guests. It would be impossible to ever tire of the fabulous views from the rooms and the pool area. Highly recommended.

The junior suite is not worth it….considerably more expensive and the sitting area is dark. Great if more than 2 people, ie travelling with kids. Standard rooms with seaview are great. The staff moved us when asked

1. No elevator, but I’ve known it before. 2. The owner didn’t update us that she wasn’t coming to meet us as what was stated on the website. But I didn’t let this bother me because on other occasions she was very responsive.

I loved everything. I’ve traveled all around Asia, South America and this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Absolutely incredible views from our hotel balcony. The staff were fantastic and friendly and would help booking additional accommodation like restaurant reservations, cruises, and ATV rental that we used to drive to Oia.

The best hotel we’ve stayed in, nothing was too much for any of the staff and we felt so well looked after from the moment we checked in to check out. Location is perfect for the September/October sunsets, pool area is very clean and slick, breakfast was delightful and the staff are genuinely the best of the best.

They gave us an upgrade which was nice but it ended up being that of a loft which is something I did not want nor did I like. The stairs were steep! I would have preferred the room that I booked.

The staff was beyond wonderful. Everyone made sure we were comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. The service they provided made our entire stay seamless. They were so welcoming and warm. We will definitely be back here again

Unfortunately the scrambled eggs were served cold instead of hot. They were not very appertising. So many stairs to climb to get to street level, but this the price you pay to get that fabulous view. Pool water was too cold.

The view from the pool and our room was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. You choose breakfast from an extensive list so lots of variety. Breakfast was served poolside so a nice way to start the day. Pool area was great place to lounge to enjoy the sun and the view. Not too far from Fira, about 15-20 mins but be mindful the walk is not easy if you have mobility issues.

The villa/cave was spacious, cool in temperature and beautifully decorated. It had large patio with plunge pool and fabulous view. Pool and outside bar overlooking the Caldera were stunning. Breakfast fabulous served by friendly staff. Reception staff knowledgeable and helpful - arranging trips/car hire and recommend restaurants. Thank you x
