There was an error with the booking and we were unable to stay at the hotel as a family of 5, which was more Booking.com fault than the hotel. The hotel was very accommodating and let us use the facilities even though some of us were staying in a neighbouring property.

Breakfast was very good, it was served by hard working staff. The location is great.

The staff was wonderful and attentive especially Vanessa at check in and everyone at the bar/pool. Breakfast every morning was fantastic! They helped arrange transfers and dinner reservations that were wonderful. Don’t look any further. Book the Belvedere!

Our stay at the Belvedere was lovely. A very central location in the midpoint of Fira with easy access to the main walkway to town or a taxi/bus stop. We rented a larger villa and paid more for it. We easily could have slept 6 people in our villa. It was semi-private and further away from the central portion of the hotel. We highly recommend this room. The staff were amazing and the complimentary morning breakfasts were a hit. The staff that manage this hotel (particularly Vanessa) was AMAZING. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. A true gem to this hotel's crown.
