I wouldn’t say this is a 4 star hotel. The pool had green color in the corners, old paint style instead of tiles, didn’t use it due to the fact I was scared my child could get some infection. The beach is very dirty. The food was okay but almost the same not only compared day to day, but from lunch to dinner too. The cocktails were pre-made, and the cocktails with pineapple juice as an ingredient for example didn’t actually contain it, they didn’t have that juice for our whole stay. This is nowhere near the other all-inclusive places we stayed. No playground or place for the kids to play. During our whole stay we only saw one time 3 sandwiches and a couple of frozen apple bites in the snack bar (pool bar) which is supposed to have snacks between meals, which was very inconvenient with a little child as there is no place near to buy something (we shouldn’t have to do that as we were supposed to have snacks included in the all inclusive package and I asked for that explicitly before booking).

The friendly and nice staff. They were the best and what actually made our stay good.

The hotel is for sure not a resort due to many reasons. Also it is categorized as a 4 star but beside the rooms, everything else looks bad (for maximum 3 star hotels). The private beach is down far from the hotel and is bad, not maintained, the tenis and basketball court are used as parking area and are not maintained, there are not enough parking spots, the all inclusive kitchen is not varied at all, there are only few choices each day, the hallways and reception, the pool and pool bar, all look like areas of a very old hotel.

The rooms are quite clean and have a good view from the balcony, the staff is very polite.

Poor internet. Half of the umbrellas at the beach were tied and unable to use.

The food is the same dishes served at pretty much every meal. My brother’s room balcony door was leaking water from the rain. Cigarette smoke could be smelled in the rooms.

The beach was private not crowded and very nice. Staff was amazing at helping me order flowers and cake for a birthday celebration.

The toilets were old and dirty, there were bugs and flyes everywhere. The hotel beach was disappointing.

Rooms are unacceptably small. There is no space to leave the luggage, there is an improvised closet which is not suitable to leave clothes. We requested a baby cot, so that made movement in the room even more difficult. Bathroom is so small and it's a real adventure to bath a baby. Plus there is no access to any of the hotel facilities including the rooms with a baby stroller.

It's a nice and quiet hotel, great for a family holiday. Food was quite good and staff was kind. The restaurant's terrace and the view to the sea are the hotel's most precious asset.

The main problem is that the place is advertised as a 4 star resort. The value for money is excellent! If we think that we paid around £35 per head, and we had everything inclusive: food, drinks, snacks, it is really good. But, the resort does not offer a 4 star service: -The quality of the food is not great, with the same ingredients and a bit more eye for details it could be better. -The Beach does not have enough umbrella or sunbeds for all the guests, so you will end up without shadow and you are forced to go back to the pool or have an insolation, this was aggravated by the fact that guests were leaving their belongings on the sunbeds, even though they were not using it. -The tennis and Basketball court don't exist, they are parking spaces. -The theatre is never used, for events they will use the restaurant terrace. -We were at the ground floor, no sea view and we had the room cleaned 1once in 9 days and just after we asked for the hanging door sign. We had a couple of times the cleaner knocking at the door while we were in, around 2pm, because we were in the we had just towel changed. I suggest to give everyone at the arrival the hanging door sign, so guests can relax and have privacy if needed and the cleaner will know better where to go and clean and were not. -The rooms are not sound proof, we could hear everyone going up and down the corridor or people in the room next to ours. I would say it is a 3 star resort. My goal is not to complain, because overall we had a nice stay. I hope you can take some suggestions from this review and improve, because the staff and the structure deserve it!

The staff is Great. Everyone was always polite and ready to help! Everyone was so nice, Cristos, Theo and Varia, Anggles the life guard, the Twins, the reception people, the Italian singer, Giorgina the cleaner! ( forgive me the spellings). The view from the resort is really nice. The pool is nice and clean. The beach is quiet and clean, the water is fantastic.

Poor food and drinks, pool is way smaller than advertised, very few umbrellas on the beach, people have to go there at 7am to reserve them. Sofa bed in the room was impossible to sleep on. Structure is very dated although rooms were quite fresh
