The service was exceptional and included being met at midnight by a staff member who carried our terribly heavy suitcases and met us where the taxi dropped us off, who also organised and carried our suitcases to the taxi pick up point when we were leaving Breakfast was delivered right on time as per our preferred time, a delicious fresh meal that was more than enough per person. The pictures don’t actually do it justice, the room is so clean, the view is exceptional and yep, one more time now - the service is impeccable. We realise that almost every time we now see a pic of Little Venice we can literally point to the balcony where we stayed. Close enough to the action but the sound of the water and the thick glass means you don’t get disturbed by the noise at night. Would absolutely recommend this 10 out of 10 hotel

Since it's located near bars, it can be quite noisy at night. However, it didn't bother us.

This was hands down the best room in Mykonos. Once inside, you don't want to leave. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The room was beautiful, very clean and modern.

Bluetopia is true to its name! We thought it was wonderful. Great location for the old town, dining, shopping, etc. The breakfast could not have been better and we loved having it on the balcony with the most stunning view. Each staff member was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable, excellent shower and bath amenities, daily housekeeping and it overlooked the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean. We hope to return another time.

The property is simply perfect! Super clean, great location, the view on the windmills is breathtaking and the service is top notch! In the center of all action but still quiet enough for a perfect night of sleep! The best part was the excellent breakfast served on our balcony and sunset drinks at night! We could not ask for anything better, would not stay anywhere else!

The breakfast service every morning was amazing. The views were very beautiful and some of the best in town. The location was perfect for walking around and easily getting home from bars and restaurants in the evenings. The staff was very helpful with making sure we knew the best ways to get to the hotel and also helping us figure out how to get back to the ferry. Entrance to the hotel after closing hours was a code with a keypad that was very easy and convenient. The ocean water was so clear right off the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the rooms with very spacious. They even provided a bottle of wine to welcome us. We definitely plan to go back

Amazing location you will not find better! The staff were beyond expectation so helpful!! The breakfast was unreal! Every single morning it was prompt and delicious!!!! We were beyond happy with our stay it was a great start to our honeymoon!

It didn’t bother us but be prepared to weave your way through heavy crowds to get to this spot, small bags are the best bags. If a lot of cruise ships have docked then you’ll be slowly walking and you weave, this is a pedestrian only zone and the taxis will only take you as far as the bus station, so it’s a 8min walk from there.

Such a gorgeous place, felt very private, located in Little Venice, so right in the thick of things. The balcony over the water with your own private view out at the boats as they pass by was the best and the breakfast delivered to the suite every morning was such a luxury. Keyless entry is genius as you are just given a code so don’t stress about misplacing the key card, staff were friendly and I would stay here again.

Everything! Right in the middle of little Venice. You are staying in one of the balconies that is posted to Instagram everyday! Great staff! Breakfast is served in the room! Fantastic sunset!

With a view and location like theirs, I am sure they can get away with poor service and people would still come here! But, their service, room quality, breakfast service (in our balcony overlooking Little Venice!), cleanliness - everything was top notch. Can't find fault anywhere. Absolutely loved our stay. When people start crowding in the streets and cafes / pubs for sunset and drinks, we could just pop into our balcony with our bottle of wine and enjoy the best possible view in the city!

The club music till 5:00 am is not ideal although the room kept most of it out.

Location is awesome and the room and breakfast were very nice.The view could not be beat and access to everything was great.
