Hotel staff tried to manage our hot tub, without informing us. We feel uncomfortable with male staff at night time

We kept having losing electricity in the room, first because of power outage in the area but the second not sure of the reason.

The place is beautiful with a great view of the Caldera. Great location close to the airport and Fira and staff are friendly and helpful.

There are many rooms in the same price category, but with different features regarding the terrace. In the pictures they mainly show the features of the best terrace, which is somewhat misleading.

The caldera view from this hotel is really amazing.

The breakfast was amazing along with the coffee and all meals. The whole stay was a fabulous experience and will definitely be coming back. The staff are so great and extremely helpful.

We had the most amazing experience during our stay here. The staff (Ms Katerina) were welcoming and super friendly. This place really felt like heaven! 😍😍 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a place with an amazing view, room, staff, as well as many other kind tourists!!!

Our room was located close to the main road and was noisy during the day and night. We did not have any issues with that however it can be unpleasant if you are a light sleeper.

Fabulous location and great team. Breakfast was delicious. The view from everywhere was beautiful.

The only downside we experienced was the inconsistency with the drinks, as they tasted different each time. Additionally, while the restaurant offered room service one night, the next night they informed us they could only deliver pizzas, which was a bit frustrating.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The location was ideal, nestled perfectly between Fira and Pyrgos, offering breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and incredibly helpful. They provided a shuttle service to Fira, along with other conveniences like tours, scooter rentals, airport pickup, in room massages, laundry service, and more. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Bathroom space and how the floor got wet after shower. Absence of a spa and a fitness center

The hotel offers a beautiful view of the Caldera of Santorini, pool facilities are very nice, however, rooms are in need of a little renovation, especially the bathroom, considering the price charged. Breakfast has many options but could be modernized, for the price of the hotel, it’s seems a bit dated, 1990’s style

Unfortunately we were in the room below the outside dining area, so every morning we were woken up early by the scraping of chairs. From 7am staff and then guests. It wasn’t a good room to stay in for that reason.

Appreciated that there was the mini van which takes you to Fira but the schedule could be longer as it is until 10.30 PM. All in all, the whole stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel!

The cleanliness of the room, it was very spacious, the breakfast had a wide variety, although it didn’t change very much from day to day but it was still very enjoyable. The view is absolutely stunning, watching the sunset from the hotel is the best experience. Katarina was extremely helpful and kind as she helped us with many recommendations regarding Santorini. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel provide a free shuttle into Fira which is great. Sometimes this gets busy, you could be first in line but unfortunately a lot of people who maybe last in line get on first which we found rather rude. Happened a few times on return also. Very frustrating. This we think needs to be addressed.

The view from our room was out of this world. The infinity pool was looking over the Caladera and could see the beautiful sunset.

Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located a few kilometers from Fira. This, in my opinion is a great as one can escape the crowds. But one can still enjoy magnificent view, sunset included.
