We loved our stay. We were nervous with the earthquakes previously and the island was pretty empty. The hot tub was empty so that was disappointing but the view was incredible. We laid on our patio and enjoyed the perfect weather. We were able to find plenty of delicious food. I want to come back when more stores are open. Breakfast was wonderful too with amazing views!

I would like to start by saying that we arrived the week that seismic activity began on the island. I can only say that in spite of that we had an unforgettable vacation thanks to all the staff of the place, especially Simona who made our stay perfect by giving us safety recommendations, places to eat and an incredible attention throughout our stay. Besides that, the room was beautiful, had a breathtaking view and everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious too! So I can only tell you that I would recommend it 1000 times again and come and enjoy this beautiful place because you will not regret it. It is a safe place and close to everything that you may need. Many thanks again to Simona for making this beautiful trip a reality!

If there's anything higher than 10, I would give! This place must be paradise on earth! Breathtaking view, incredible place, and amazing staff. I couldn't recommend it more, and I will definitely be back. Simona from reception was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you On the Cliff for a wonderful holiday.

This is only a comment for informing others who stay, *not a complaint, it does require a short walk and going up and down several flights of stairs. Assistance was provided for our luggage.

Amazing location. Volcano and sunset view. Extraordinary Breakfast offering on our own patio overlooking the ocean. Welcoming staff with great communication. Would 100% stay here again.

The view was absolutely fantastic and so was the room.BUT THE STAFF ARE EVEN BETTER! Simona at the reception was amazing! The tour guide she recommended was perfect. She even offered a complimentary wine simply because our flight was too early to have breakfast!How sweet~Denis at the bar was also super friendly and helpful. It was minutes away from restaurants and shops. We had a great time there. Thank you!

The property has an incredible view over the caldera. The staff are friendly. Simona was very helpful setting up a fabulous yacht tour. The room was spacious, the breakfasts were big, and the location is really easy and safe. Enjoyed my stay here!

Breakfast was not served early enough we need our coffee by 7 not 8.

We arranged transportation for our arrival. Our ferry got cancelled so we arrived a day later but Simona was expecting us with people to help with our luggage. There are a lot of steps but it was not inconvenient. Simona helped us book a great sailing sunset cruise. Would definitely recommend it.

Everything was great.

We stayed for 1 week in On the Cliff hotel and we loved our stay. Simona on front desk was very kind and very helpful and lovely to deal with. The staff in the bar Dennis and Usman were absolutely lovely, so polite and nothing was too much trouble. We were leaving at 5am they offered to have someone come in to help with our bags which we refused and offered to have a breakfast prepared which again we refused but Usman stayed until after we returned from our night out and left us down a selection of fruit so we would have something to eat the next morning. Simona organised tours and transfers for us and anything we asked for was no problem. The staff made the holiday for us as they were so friendly and kind. The room was spotless and just like the photos. The breakfast was fantastic there was so much we never needed lunch. Fantastic location, fantastic staff stunning view.

Everything was amazing - breathtaking caldera views - fantastic clean suite with lovely private hot tub - all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating . Simona on the front desk was extremely helpful during our stay and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine - the breakfast included was excellent and very big food portions - overall a wonderful stay and excellent location - i would highly recommend this for vacation and we will definitely be back

We had a wonderful time - the views were absolutely surreal. Simona makes guests feel so welcome, and we really appreciated her warm, personal approach. The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Kostas. We hope to visit again in the future. 😊
