Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaAt night you can feel smell of food from the neighbouring restaurants, but the whole city has this situation.
The view is amazing! The jacuzzi from the deck was awesome, I have used it daily. Simona from the reception is very sweet and will help you with your inquiries. We received from her a complimentary bottle of Greek wine. It was very clean, the room and the pool were maintained daily. The breakfast was very good with a superb view of the Caldera.

United KingdomWe spent a week in the On The Cliffs Suites, with a stunning view of the caldera, and a beautiful sunset every night. The suite was cosy and welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi. The staff - especially Simona - were very kind and helpful with booking activities such as yacht tour of the island and aiding us with whatever we requested. If we were to return to Santorini, we would without a doubt return to the On The Cliffs Suites.

United StatesAs with much of Santorini, there is a little less privacy because of all the neighbors on the outside patio but that is most of Santorini places to stay. This place was fantastic.
Tremendous location and great views. My family really wanted the "cave room" experience and this place delivered. The staff was very attentive and polite.

The sunset view in the hot tub is something really unforgettable!!! The location is in Fira center, close to the bus station and all the shops. If I return to Santorini I would definitely book this place. Amazing holiday!!!

Japan+Shower system wasn't good.(the water was lukewarm) +The booking.com said that the hotel has a Wash machine although, it wasn't there in fact. *Note: If you use the Option,(airport transfer or Rent a car...ex.)you can't use Card. Only Cash be accepted!!

United StatesThe hotel rooms are old and are not updated. There is mold growing around the sink and the shower drain would plug up creating a puddle. When we were staying at the hotel it was raining. In the morning when I woke up there was a water near my bed coming from the entrance. Seems the door doesn’t have good seal. Also fuse blew out in our room which they were not able to fix so we had move our room late at night. The room needs serious update.
The location of the hotel is good and the staff is friendly with breakfast being decent as it was included with the room.

United StatesWorst issues are location on tiny street with no vehicle access requiring a porter to bring luggage up a considerable hill. No closet space. We were there for a wedding with multiple events...impossible to lay out clothes, iron, etc. Iron was a joke. Steep stairs...no way to safely egress in high heals and gowns...impossible. Wife tripped on steps and hurt back (prior surgery). Noise intolerable from bar across street. Resorted to ear plugs. Hotel should offer them, but fortunately I had some in my backpack. In the end we could not negotiate our daily travel needs from this "hotel". Hotel is an exaggeration. No checkin (could not get AC on or get wifi first night, no one to help...said wifi was "weather dependent".) We moved to a nearby hotel in order to sanely complete our vacation with 3 planned dress up events.
Breakfast was good and wait staff pleasant. Views from room excellent. Shower was good.

Australiathe view of the sunset was partially obstructed by a smoke stack right outside the room we were staying in. there are way too may steps to get to the room and they are high and narrow. Not for those with mobility/ health issues.

Great location in the center of Fira, absolutely beautiful property, gorgeous views. Wonderful breakfast daily, Simona was soooo helpful arranging tours and transfers.
