Very spacious,, clean and comfortable. Fantastic views of Vathi. Kitchen basic but had enough utilities for four people. Staff very friendly.

Its not a long walk to the city but is a bit up hill when you want to go back.Taxi is cheap so you always have an alternative and is a 30 min walk to the beach from the centre but you have rentable cars and scooter. And im not sure if is a common occurrence but the balcony was a bit windy.

The view was fantastic with a view of an entire city and a lagoon. We were welcomed by a friendly stuff. Room had a fully functional kitchen, AC , and the balcony was clean and spacious.

Can't fault the accommodation. Only issue for us and this is an age thing, bit off the beaten path but to be honest the views more than compensated for that x

Exceptional owners/staff , really clean rooms and facilities, good value for money ( stayed in early July). The view is even better than shown in the photo (from our room and from most ones I suppose) . Frequent change of sheets and towels.

The beds were a little basic but no problem.

Probably the best view of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The Calypso apartments are situated high on a hill overlooking Vathi town. We had a small but functional kitchenette and adequate shower, separate toilet room. For the price it was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly and allowed us to check in early. Plenty of free parking.

The shower head rail was broken but it wasn’t a massive issue As a suggestion maybe offer to stock the fridge and you pay for what you take out of the fridge

I have nothing to dislike about this property. I would say though that you need a vehicle if you’re staying here because it’s quite a way above the harbour on the hill. But that’s why the view is the best!

I arrived a day late due to flight issues from Canada and Gerasimos offered to let me stay an extra day for free because of my travel adventures. A great host. I’ve stayed here before and will be back again. Best view in Vathy!!

Found the bed too hard for me.

The view is outstanding looking over Vathi. It has a good sized balcony and the owner is really lovely and welcoming. Good amount of carparking. It is very much up the top of the hill, so walking down would be fine, getting back up you may require a car or taxi.

Sometimes there are not enough places on the parking even though it's very big, I would just encourage the drivers not to park in the middle and not to block others as it happened with us

We found the beds quite firm and uncomfortable and the hotel had a strange smell that didn’t dissipate, but other than those minor points, it’s a fantastic place to stay.

The view of Vathy from our room was amazing and the lady running the apartments was lovely and tried to help wherever she could.

It was a bit further out than we thought and up a steep hill but a reasonable 5 euro taxi got you back up the hill. I am really nit picking here.

The view was fantastic and the welcome was really warm. Sadly due to weather we had to cut our stay short but the host could not have been more helpful to ensure that we managed to get to our ferry. The apartment was cleaned every day and the bed neatly remade. Definite rustic charm to the room so if you like sleek and modern probably not the place for you.

Nothing particular. I can only say that you most probably need a car to go down to the sea. Not because it is far but it is at a higher altitude, which on the other hand offers an amazing view of the island :).=
