The air conditioning needs to be fixed since there were some issues with it and we had to turn it off.

The hotel is easy to find, not in a crowded area and without noisy restaurants around. We liked the most that the room was clean, pets are allowed and the hotel owner is very polite and welcoming. Surely we would visit again.

The best hotel for a nice and relaxing holiday. The host was super helpful. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every three days. Close to shops and the beach, with beautiful garden and sea views. Pet friendly. Parking onvthe street in front if the hotel. BBQ nook with nice furniture for when guests come over.

For me personally I would take out the kitchenette and make the bathrooms larger.

Very nice and clean hotel, with a small garden, in a quiet place. The landlord very friendly and very professional and prompt about any problem or desire you have. The hotel it’s like maybe 5-7 seven minutes walk from the beach. Every 2 days we had or room cleaned and the towels and bedding done. Every room has his own balcony. Recommend this hotel for a nice holiday without any issues!!

Spotless clean room with a view ! Nice balcony to relax at evening. Owner very kind person always with a smile ! The location of the hotel is ideal for swimming (200 m walking distance from nearest beach bars) and ideal to explore Paralia-Katerinis (400 m walking distance from city center) and around areas ! Shall return in near future !!

We booked last minute, wanted to check in 30 mins after we booked. There were no issues, the studios were sparkling clean and the staff polite and helpful. The hotel’s situated away from the noise of the Main Street, which we consider a major plus. The studio is just enough for a couple to feel comfortable. We’d visit again.

The owner was super nice. Room was big and spacious. Has everything a studio should have in terms of amenities. We made a last minute booking as we wanted to stop for the night on our road trip. Property is well maintained and clean.

The location of the hotel is near the beach (up to 10 min walk), and the owner was very friendly and ready always to help you with information about the beaches, restaurants, how to protect against sunburn etc. The room have also electric cooking machine, and dishes so you can prepare your breakfast or other meals. A minimarket si at five minutes from the hotel, and some restaurants are also nearby the location. The neighborhood consists of other hotels and villas and overall is a quiet and peaceful place.

The only issue was the size of the room and shower. They were fairly small and it was tight.

The staff is great! The location is perfect (next to the beach and close to the center). There was a lot of available parking. The room was clean.

The room was super clean, we got fresh sheets and towels every three days. We also mamaged to fit a crib for the baby, and the balcony fit her stroller (my choice, the owner said it could stay near the front door, if I want). Also ample space for dog walking, lots of fields and quiet streets. Easy street parking. Beach was 10 min. walk or 1 min. drive. Very wide sandy beach with lots of eating and drinking options. And the hotel was close to stores and restaurants, but was not in the busiest part of Paralia Katherini.
