If you are looking at this property for the full sunset experience, then this may not be the property. The sunrise and sunset is amazing from here, however the sun sets on the other side towards Ammoudi Bay.

This Cave style Suite is very LUXE! If you can spend the extra bucks, why not? Our host Dimitri, an absolute legend! He was so helpful and easy to communicate with! From reception he helped us with our big luggage walking down those cobblestone steps on a scorching hot day! The suite is located steps away from all the iconic photo spots. The breakfast was delivered to us from a local cafe, nicely packed and it was delicious!

Jacuzzi jet barely pushed water and only stayed on for 1 minute. You had to keep pressing the button.

Fantastic location! Just know you will l be going down many steps. Thank goodness for the wonderful help that assisted. Breakfast was nice and delivered each morning. Jacuzzi was nice.

Very friendly and attentive property manager who helped arranging even last minute dinner reservation and was always available for advice. The property itself was very clean and in a great location that offered stunning views to the sea and the volcano. Highlight was the private heated whirl pool on our terrace that was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. The breakfast was simple (all we needed!) & delivered every morning at a pre-arranged time for us to be enjoyed on the terrace. The property manager and his team tried to adjust quantities and selection or our needs. Highly recommended place to stay!

The shower drain did not drain properly and would puddle up. The steps down to the room are quite steep and the AC unit in the room did not blow cold

The location of the hotel was great for the views, though it was still a lot of steps down to go to it. The room was nice and roomy and it was a unique experience being in a cave, though the a/c wasn't working quite as well as we wanted. The hot tub was a great addition. They provided breakfast daily and tasted good even though it was the same menu each day. Dimitris was a great host. He was very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. He gave suggestions of places to eat and explore. He assisted in getting a rental vehicle for the duration of our stay, as well as a transfer to the airport. He was very responsive through WhatsApp at almost anytime of the day. He also got someone to help us getting our luggages to and from the hotel room, which was very helpful as there were quite a few steps down to the room.

We got married in Santorini and stayed at Canvas Suites with our family- we book out 6 of their suites. The Aether Suite was perfect for all the ladies to get ready in. There was plenty of space for all of us and the photographer, hair stylist, and makeup artist to join. Demitrius and the staff were excellent and so so helpful. This spot was the perfect location- close to everything. We had close family members happen to book Sky Suite and Azure Suite which was perfect bc they pretty well share a balcony and entrance area- was great for us, but good to know for people looking at those suites! Aether suite has the fewest stairs from lobby to the suite (they’re all scattered around the cliffside but close walking distance from one another); however Aether has a two story spiral staircase to the balcony- worked fine for my husband and I, but could see it being a challenging surprise for someone with difficulty walking up stairs.

Dimitri was fantastic, he organised everything for us that we needed. The only issue with the accommodation is breakfast is served to your room and not buffet. Some people may like this, but I always tend to prefer buffer. Food was served in boxes, which are not easy to eat out of. juices were warm. food is mostly the same, you can request changes to the food but it is still not as good as a buffet.

We stayed in the Earth Suite, which was very comfortable for 5 people. The suite was conveniently situated to the main pedestrian roads and viewpoints in Oia. The highlight of the suite was the upstairs plunge pool/jacuzzi, which was very private and relaxing to soak in after a long day of walking. The service was impeccable. Dimitris responded to our questions and requests within minutes, and helped organize our transfers, luggage storage, etc. Also, the breakfast is delicious!

Absolutely nothing!

The perfect location with incredible views, the pictures just don’t do it justice. It was very peaceful but only a moments walk to all of the beautiful places Oia has to offer. The room was clean and well equipped and very quirky. Dimitri our host was genuinely one of the nicest people we have ever met. Communication was excellent and he even decorated our room prior to arrival, with balloons and a red rose for my partners birthday! He went above and beyond and was so helpful when we found ourselves in a sticky situation RE our quad bike. If you need any arrangements prior to arrival, such as arranging transport etc, I would 100 % trust Dimitri to help rather than a third party. An unforgettable experience and well worth the money!

We thought it was a hotel with facilities but it is not. These are suites completely independent. For example, you have to walk 3 minutes to go to the reception around the streets of Oia. Water of the jacuzzi is very hot (it warms because of the weather.

people next door smoked on the shared balcony and they also took my opened water bottle from my kitchen. Pretty upset after long walk and desperately needed cold water. these people had no manners. ☹️ the kitchen should have a lock or a signage.

If anything has to be said but not a major complaint, the hot tub could be cleaned more often, and there is a cloack odour in some of the bathrooms (we had two rooms and only one of them had this issue).

The views from the rooms are invaluable. Dimitris, the host is the best! He is absolutely friendly and helpful. He is always very attentive and willing to help. He replies very quickly, and he provides very good advice on what to do while visiting Santorini. Amaizing breakfast is served to the rooms dialy (very well presented and tasty). The rooms are exactly as advertised.
