Everything was perfect!! Starting with then reception, food, housekeeping, waiters, view!!! We stayed by the pool some days and it was really nice and quiet. The area it is not centred on the roads so we had a nice and peaceful stay. Food spectacular and perfect. The receptionist was very nice and warm, always there for us and our questions or support. I have nothing bad to say or to suggest improvements. I really hope they will stay like this for a long time.

- bathtub was leaking (It was mentioned, but nothing was fixed) - wifi was constantly disconnected, no access to internet (it was mentioned, but nothing was fixed) - breakfasts are repeatable with no variety of food (flakes, toasts, pancakes) - dinners are repeatable with almost no drinks included (you can order juice for child only, and coffee for adults. In hot summer, 35-38°C, hot coffee... . Even a bottle of cold still water might be better) I'd suggest to book apartments only, because there are plenty of good mini shops and other restaurants nearby

It was difficult to get to Rhodes city by public transport. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but the buses do not follow the schedule and very irregular.

There are multiple good sports bars and restaurants near the hotel, and a supermarket right at the corner. Overall, the location is convenient - Ixia is approximately in the middle between the airport and Rhodes City, so taxis are passing by very often. As well, there are many options to rent a car nearby. The hotel staff is nice and friendly.

Breakfast can be improved. I accidentally broke a water glass in the room and asked for cleaning but it wasn't cleaned for the duration of our stay.

Very friendly staff and nice location. The lady helped us with getting a cab very quickly.

The hotel is very ordinary respect to other hotels surrounded and the cost is kinda similar. The breakfast very poor sometimes u can find stale bread.

The room wasn’t that clean when we went there. The bathroom sink and table haven’t been cleaned and the dishes in the room where dirty. Also I find it disgusting that ashtrays are cleaned in the pool and for example the cereal that fell on the breakfast table are put back… For breakfast, dairy products are kept in really warm room air for hours and if you go for breakfast after 9 o’clock, you won’t have the same options as those who go at 7:30.

The location was good, not in the center but easy to travel there. The ocean was close, the pool was and air conditioning were great.

Poor wifi. Disconnecting every minute. Sower head was broken. Almost every evening no hot water.. we asked to turn on the boiler and wait 20 min for hot water. The bed wasnt comfy but i guess its a personal opinion..

The location was great. The stuff was friendly. Great balcony and view.

Lovely sweet owners but seriously this place is a dump. Very attentive to every problem but seriously my towels were not changed in 3 days, insects and mosquitoes, restaurant dirty and sticky. Cigarette ash on the tables no wi fi in the rooms. Traumatised after my stay

We stayed for 5 days and no-one didn't cleaned floor in the room and changed our towels only when we asked. The owner of hotel said to our 2 years old kid "tsss" when he was playing close to reception. Around pool was dirty , playground for kids was dirty old need to be fixed.

The main problem was that the conditioner in one of the rooms was not working and was not fixed during the whole stay after several attempts to fix it. It was hot and was impossible to sleep at night. Such things should be checked and fixed before you accept guests in summer. Hot water in the shower was not always running - sometimes it did, sometimes we had to wash with cold water. Our daughter noticed that €10 was missing in her wallet after daily cleaning. So maybe it is a good idea to use safety box that is in the room.

It is located in a convenient place near the sea, shops and restaurants. Rooms are quite spacious and are being cleaned daily. We liked the pool.

We loved the hotel . It’s a family run hotel , very friendly and a lovely restaurant at the front of it . We ate there every day . Lovely atmosphere and very relaxing . Would definitely book there again
